Lumine screamed in fear and panic, causing her little friend to shoot up "L-Lumine?! What's wrong? Are you hurt?"

Before Paimon could do so, the door was pounding. "Huh?"

Paimon swiftly flew "Who's there?" "Venti"

Opening the door, the Bard made his way to his Traveler.

"Lumine, it's Venti. Whatever is going on isn't real, you're safe in Mondstadt"

"O-Out... want out... please"

Her pleas broke his heart, such pain and exhaustion coursing through her. How long has she kept it a secret?

"Lumine" His voice sounded different, more affirmative and Lumine-for a second-stirred from her state of panic. "V-Venti..?"

He smiled "Yeah, it's me"

"W-where..?"

"Will you let me touch you?"

She nodded and Venti took ahold of her hand gently. "Feel that? That's me, right by your side with Paimon"

Venti looked to Paimon and she took the hint to get closer. "Don't worry, Paimon is here to be the best travel guide in the whole world remember? Paimon isn't going anywhere without you"

Lumine gently squeezed Venti's hand and opened her eyes.

"There are those gorgeous golden eyes I love to see..."

She smiled and Venti was fine if he had fainted right there and then.

"Oh and those lips, how stunning to the eyes"

Lumine grabbed Venti and pulled him down. She cuddled in his embrace and held him.

Paimon giggled "Alright, goodnight you two.  Play nice"
