The sun's light filtered through the shades and Lumine opened her eyes, feeling someone's weight beside her. It's a bit heavy, it can't be Paimon..?

"Venti?!" Lumine sat up quickly and rubbed her eyes, just to make sure...

Yep, that is him. Oh Gods it is him! Lumine got up and on the floor she peeked at the sleeping Bard. He looked so peaceful and cute... Getting closer and ever so closer to his resting face. Planting a kiss on his forehead...

"Ehe, you knooow if you wanted to kiss me in the morning you could have just asked?"

Lumine shot up and covered her mouth, the Bard having a teasing glint in his eyes. "Unless you want me to return the favor?" "I-- I didn't mean to! I simply saw you there- Wait why are you in my bed?" "You were having a nightmare and I came over to help you. It was pretty bad too"

Lumine shook her head "Seeing you lie there just made me think of a little child I guess... So I kissed you on the forehead" Averting his gaze, her red face giving away to her lies. "So what if I kiss you?"

She was basically frozen. "What?" "I'm asking if I can kiss you back" His words seemed bold but his face gave away his feelings. He was just as red as her, maybe even more.

"Okay" Venti took a moment "Did you say okay?" "Yes" Lumine got on the bed and looked down a bit, she never kissed anyone before. "The only thing is... I don't know how it works..." Venti grabbed her hand and guided her closer, until they were face-to-face. "Well, as far as I've seen, some people kiss in different ways... But I think I may prefer the standard type. Where we face each other and seal our love with a kiss, if you'd like?"

A Hero of three nations and yet here she was almost dumbfounded by this Bard of hers. "I'd like to, please"

The two inched their faces closer and lips made contact first. It felt like an eternity and yet they separated a few seconds after.

"H-How was it?" Venti was looking into her eyes, awaiting her response.

"For my first kiss, it was really good" Lumine smiled. Venti rubbed the back of his head "Hey, do you wanna go out with me?"
