Chapter 11

Satoru's POV(again)

Once I was back in class I forgot about the whole lunch money fee thing. 'Holy shit where the hell is everyone's lunch money?' I searched through my desk. 'I think a 29-year-old would be smart enough not to leave cash in his desk.' this was embarrassing for me. I stood up and raised my hand as I began to speak. "Mr. Yashiro?" he turns his head back to me "what's up?" I put my hand back down. "It's about the lunch money. . . I can't find it." Mummers could be heard around the classroom.

Then Misato stood up raising her hand beginning to talk. "Sir! I know what happened. Someone must have stolen it, and I have a feeling that someone is Kayo and Lee." she said the last part glaring at them. I shot back at her "What!?! Huh?? How do you know they did it?" She just retorts "who else could it be. I mean she doesn't have to pay for her lunch like we do. It sorta figure the thief would be someone whose poor." she said looking over at Lee's direction. Everyone began to agree with her. I heard a few people say "yeah, good point.". Someone even blatantly asked them "did you take it Kayo, Lee?" 'little brat'. Misato began speaking again. "The best way to find out who stole it is to check everyone's bag," she said that more and more people got on board with her idea that Kayo and Lee took the money.

Misato even said for everyone to check the bag of the person next to them too. Misato just told everyone to do it even though she isn't checking her bag. "Hurry catch that thief," she said that part with a smirk on her face. I growled at her and everyone blaming Kayo and Lee. People were then beginning to call them names and tease them. "Poor kids! Poor kids!" one kid even said. Just then two portions of the money were found both in Kayo's and Lee's bags. They both in unison said "found it." everyone was making a commotion over nothing for all we knew someone could have planted the evidence in their bags.

"I told you they took it. Kayo and Lee are thieves and should be expelled." I had enough of Misato's antics. "Shut up," I said while punching my desk. "It doesn't matter if they're poor or hungry. Kayo and Lee both would never steal anything from anyone!!" everyone was quiet there was an awkward silence between me and everyone in the classroom besides Kayo and Lee. Lee turned her head to face my direction. I looked over in Misato's general direction 'I bet you took the money.". Misato began to whimper seeing how angry I was.

Kenya began to speak up "you know anyone could have taken the cash from Satoru's desk and planted it into Kayo's and Lee's bags" You could now visible see that Misato was on the verge of tears but before any more venomous words could escape my mouth Mr. Yashiro clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. "Alright guys, remember that Kayo and Lee was helping collect the money earlier so of course, they'd have it. Misato? Satoru? It's over" he said winking at me. "Okay everyone back to lunch."
