The next day
It was a nice cold morning when I was walking to school with Osamu. When I noticed Kayo and Lee, I just continued to stare at them. I just stood still thinking about both of them. 'That's Kayo Hinazuki. She lived alone with her mom too, and that's Lee Nishimura she lived together with her dad' Later in class Mr. Yashiro was teaching us how to make a perfect circle. Kayo dropped her pencil and then I noticed it. There was a big purple bruise on her leg, when Kayo moved her head I saw Lee there was also a bruise on her neck. ' how'd they get those bruises?'
Later
"You know what sucks about this group? There's no one here to talk dragon quest with." Osamu complained. "Uhg uhh. . ." He continued with. "I mean Hiro's a Final Fantasy fan, and Kazu only plays shooters" 'that's Hiro and that's Kazu I remember them.' Osamu turned his head to face my general direction. "Heck Satoru doesn't even have a Fami-con."
Someone finally decided that they had enough of his complaining and went on and said something different. "Geez Osamu. If we all played Dragon Quest that's all we'd talk about. The cool thing about our group is that we all are interested in different things, so it's never boring." 'that's Kenya; out of all of us he was the brainiest.'
Out of the blue, Kenya asked if he could ask me a question "It's kinda personal. . ." I only said "sure go ahead." he proceeded to ask his question "Do you. . . have a crush on Kayo and Lee? My face heated up. "I saw you staring at them all class." all my friends questioned "No way, really!?!" Osamu continued after Hiromi.
"He totally was! This morning he just stood there staring. He couldn't take his eyes off of them." Kazu got off his bottom and practically yelled "dang it Satoru!! If you're in love with them you should have come to me for advice!! Romance is right up my ally!! No buts about it I'll make it so you can go and hook up with them."
I think he was loud enough for the whole class to hear. "Could you keep your voice down?" Kazu just retorted "why?" "Well it's like I don't love them; just curious about them" Osamu argued back "That's the same thing!!' followed by Hiromi's comment "That's a brave thing" Kazu continued with "Don't you worry about a thing!! By the end of the day You'll be talking with you're dream girls!!"
