Julia/ I am Method

This method is a non-sleep method, meaning you do not fall asleep at the end. Although, it can still be used as a sleep method.
For this method you need to be in a comfortable position. You can meditate first, which is strongly recommended.
You want to then keep repeating "I am" until you feel symptoms. Then you will repeat things about yourself from your DR (I am...age I have.. hair color my best friends are....) until you feel deattached from your CR self.
Then, you will count slowly from 0-100.
Remember that you don't always shift on your first try.
