This method I know the creator, which is Shimmy Shay on YouTube. For this method, you should meditate first. Then you want to imagine yourself swinging in a hammock. And with every swing, you are going to say an affirmation. Soon, you are going to imagine your DR forming around you, and I think this is a sleep method, I haven't watched the video in a while, but just in case I'm wrong, here is Shimmy Shay's video of explaining her method:
