When and Where You Should Shift

Okay, now I'm going to talk about when and where you should shift. I think this is another important thing to cover, because you need to know how often to shift, some best places, etc;.
When to shift:
You can shift at any time throughout the day/night. You should have a shifting schedule, like how often you want to try to shift. Shifting everyday is not something you want to do because with shifting, you are transferring your subconscious mind to another reality. This can be tiring mentally, so something I recommend is shifting every other day, or shifting 3-5 days at a time with a 2-3 day break in between. You can have longer breaks, this is just what I recommend and have been recommended.
Where to shift:
You should try to shift in a quiet place with very little sound or things that are distracting. If you cannot find a quiet or less distracting place, you can visualize the sounds around you as something from your DR. For example, one time I tried shifting in my gym class and I imagined the bouncing of basketballs as Fred and George bouncing a ball up and down the halls of the Burrow.
