Update on that method last night I think I got pretty close. I had dizziness and ringing in my ears. Also numbness.
So I went to sleep for the first time and got woken up. Whenever I went back to sleep, I had a dream that occurred in HP at first and then it was like my after life? I think that means I got close, since I had a dream with some HP characters in it. That usually means your close, say yay! Last night just wasn't the night, I guess. One day, I will eventually shift, and so will you!
