Things to Help You Shift

There are things that help you shift. Some things are:
1) drinking lots of water (not before you try to shift because you will need to use the bathroom and disturb your shifting progress)
2)Reprogram your mind.
3) Say affirmations through the day (I am going to shift soon, I have shifted already, I am a master shifter, etc;)
4) listening to subliminals throughout the day
5) imagining your DR throughout the day
