I drive to Liam's apartment for a movie night with him. I contemplate bringing this up to him. Sam says I should be open with him and tell him exactly how I feel. But I'm so worried it will push him away. I nervously knock the door unsure of how I am going to proceed with this conversation tonight. He greets me with his magnificent smile and dimples in checks. I can see he's keeping it casual with him wearing gym shorts and a t-shirt. His hair a little messy as if he just got up from a nap.

"Dahlia! You're early. I thought I had time to clean myself up." He says embarrassed. I lean in to hug him and he stops me.

"You really don't want to. I just got back from the gym. Here why don't you make yourself at home while I take a quick shower."

"Okay." I politely say but am a little disappointed. Blown off again.

I make my way over to the couch and pull out my phone to distract myself as I wait. Fifteen minutes pass and I am already bored with the celebrity gossip of the day. Liam finally comes out of the bathroom with fresh clothes and wet hair.He plops himself on the couch by not next to me. He sits at the far end of the couch making space between us.He looks over at me and gives me a smile. We decide on what movie we should watch and he queues up the movie. We're an hour into the movie and every minute I can only think about bringing up our sexual relationship or lack there of. I know it's only been a couple of weeks but usually by this time in a relationship I'm pretty sexually active with my partner. I vomit it out.

"Why don't you kiss me? Are we just friends?"

"What? No." He's caught off guard.

I look up at him.

"I..." He can't speak.

"I know it seems weird." He chokes up looking at the floor between his legs.

"Do you just see me as a friend that you can just cuddle and flirt with?"

"No Dahlia I don't. I just can't explain right now." He shakes his hands in frustration and his voice elevated.

"Try me!" I challenge him.

"Believe me I want to do a lot more than kiss you but it's not that simple." He picks up his head and looks at me fierce.

"But it is Liam. It's very simple." I cross my arms standing my ground.

"Dahlia, I know this is hard for you to understand. And maybe this is too soon to say but I am falling for you deeply. Just please trust me. I know that you're growing impatient with me I get that. But I want to take this slow with you." He moves closer to me.

"Like turtle slow because this is like middle school dating."

He sighs heavily and looks at the ground for a moment collecting his thoughts.

"Dahlia, I..."

I quickly interject. And move myself on top of him straddling his lap and lifting his head up.

"Liam kiss me right now or I'm leaving." I give him an ultimatum.

I can see his mind contemplating.

"I mean it. I'll walk out this door and we'll be done." I rest my hands on his shoulders.

Just like that he leaned in. Grabbing the back of my head with one hand and gathering the small of my back with his other, forcing his lips to mine kissing me. We didn't come up for air.He lifts me up to where I am under him now. His hand moves from my back down to my thigh slowly rubbing it up and down. Electric again all through out my body. I release whimpers and moans as does he. He brings his lips to my ear and whispers.
