First Impressions - Vinnie Hacker FanFic

A/N: so so so sorry for not updating the book often. I have a lot of stuff going on but i will try and update it more often!! hope you guys are enjoying so far <3

I feel my bed behind me form a dip in it. I turn around to see Vinnie. I realize the past few days just flew by and he is already home. "Shh... act like you're still asleep, it isn't easy getting in a bed all secretly when i have to set my crutches down and then getting in bed with a cast. I nod, laughing and turning back around. He lifts the covers up and eventually gets into the bed. He moves closer to me as he wraps my arms around my waist. "Ow!" I say and he laughs, "Sorry, just my cast." I laugh and turn my body, facing him. I rest my head up with my hand as I look at him. "I missed you." I kiss him and he moves hair out of my face and tucks it behind my ear. "What'd I miss." "Hmmm," I say thinking. "Nothing really. Me and Faith are okay. She apologized to me and everything and I thought she was being sincere but Jordan doesn't think so. I guess we'll find out." He nods, "Anything else?" My mind just keeps flashing to Jaden. 

"Vinnie, I want to tell you something. I wasn't going to but, if you end up finding out I don't want you to be mad at me for not telling you." He groans, "Oh god." I sigh and look at his eyes as he makes contact. "Jaden picked me up from the hospital the other night when I left. But he didn't take me home." I say, thinking that will make it better but it made it sound worse, like Jaden took me out or to SWAY. He stays silent. I start getting stressed out. "Say something." I say annoyed. "Did you guys.. do anything?" I gag, "No, no need to worry about that. I'm not a cheater. I know how bad that hurts. and I'm not leaving you." I kiss his cheek. "He didn't take me home, like I said. Addison did." He nods, "Why was Jaden over Addison?" I break eye contact, "My phone was dead so I used the hospitals. and the only number, besides yours, I had memorized was Jadens. But I got in the car with Jaden and immediately regretted it. I then called Addison off his phone to pick me up." He goes to speak but I cut him off. "Oh my god but guess what!" I sit up quickly. He widens his eyes, looking curious. I lower my voice, "Jaden and Addison had a thing." His jaw drops and I nod, agreeing with his feelings. "What?" I laugh, "Yeah, so when I called her she was saying something about "I thought I told you to forget about it! And it was awkward as hell but when she got tot he hospital, I asked her about it and she told me about their little fling thing. And she also asked about you and how you were and why you were in the hospital and she literally asked like she cared but I could tell she didn't. I don't know what that was about but, yeah." Faith walks in. 

"Hey, sorry. it's 12:30 pm and I made dinner reservation for the house to make us get closer. It's at 5:30 so we need to leave around 5:00. It's at this really nice and expensive restaurant called Catch. It's in West holly wood. Wear something nice,  please. But Maddy, Jordans girlfriend, is the only one coming that isn't living here." I get excited. "Oh my god, I can finally meet her!" Faith nods, "Mhm, so get ready." She leaves slamming my door. I jump a little, "Rawr." Vinnie says and I laugh. "Uhm, so...  do you want to shower with me. I might need help." I smile, "Yeah sure. You need a bag or something?" He nods, "Yeah. One or two. maybe get two just to be safe." I nod, "Okay, you can get in the bathroom, I'll be there when I get the bags." 

I open the bathroom door and Vinnie is just sitting on the toilet watching tik tok. "Okay, stand up."  I say and he does so. He uses my shoulders for support. "Now, do we take the sweatpants off first or after the bags. I'd say before, right?" He groans, "this is so embarrassing." I laugh, "why?" He shakes his head, looking up and closing his eyes. "You're so weird." He shrugs and I take his pants and underwear off.  Kind of, very, awkward but... i have to help him. I then take his shirt off and put the bags over his cast so it doesn't get wet. "Okay, use the wall as support or something. I have to take my clothes off really quick." I say helping him in the shower. I take my clothes off quickly and go in the shower. He smiles and holds my shoulders, trying to get under the water and I almost fall, "Vinnie, chill I'm gonna slip."  He laughs, "You think I can help it?" I groan with a little bit of a laugh he washes his hair and his body by himself, he just needed me to hold him up because, he's not the best at balancing. "Okay, you can get out and do your hair, I washed my hair last night so I dont need to wash that, just my body so I'll be quick. I help him out the shower without getting out myself. I wash my body as quick as I can with it still being sanitary. I wrap a towel around me. We still have five hours. 

We waisted the next 4 hours just sitting on my bed in our towels watching tiktok. "Okay, we need to start getting ready." He nods at my statement. "One more video." He suggests and I turn his phone off. "No," I stand up and look for a tight and short black dress that matches my basic black heels. I found exactly what I was looking for and get dressed into it. "Okay, come on, let's go get you dressed so I can do my hair." He follows behind me to his room with his crutches. "I got it, I'll just wear a white button up and black dress pants." I look at him, "let me know if you need help."

I finish putting loose curls in my hair after blow drying it. I turn off the curling iron. I throw on some light mascara and blush. Since I finished, I walk into Vinnies room. We have about 15 minutes until we leave. "You look good." Vinnie says pulling me to him when I walk close to him as he's sitting on his bed. "Thank you. So do you."  I turn my fingers through his hair. "Wanna do something?" He asks and I shrug, "Like what?" He smiles and I shake my head, "No Vinnie! I just got ready and we're leaving soon." He frowns and gives me puppy eyes. "I said no." He groans and leans back in his bed all dramatic. "Oh my god, it's the end of the world!  Run!" He sits up pouting as i'm laughing. "You're so mean." I laugh, "How so?" He looks at my eyes. "You'll see. You're gonna regret not doing anything." I lift his head up from his chin. "I'm sure I will." I kiss his lips quickly. I stick my hand out as I pull away, "Come on, let's go downstairs."

 "Ready?" Faith asks as we're walking down the steps. "Yes we are." She nods, "Okay, just waiting for Shane and Aaron. Maddy and Jordan are on their way to the restaurant now." She says coldly. I ignore it and try not to let it bother me. One second me and her are fine. The next, she's mad at me. I don't understand. "IF YOU TWO COULD TAKE ANY LONGER!" She yells out of no where, causing me to jump a little. "You look good Faith." I say looking at her. "Thanks." She looks away from me and we turn our attention to Shane and Aaron walking towards us. "Let's go." Faith says, waisting no time heading to the front door.

Car ride was awkward for sure, but we arrived at the restaurant.
