The Battle For Sky Book 1: A Dark Secret

Chapter 11

Seto's POV

After looking at the trap more carefully, I found more spells on it. it turns out that there was a lot of poison, paralyses, the theft rune, and a sleep spell. ( Which wasn't all that effective ).

But I'm surprised that Sky was able to resist the paralyses spell, and the sleep spell before he arrived at the base. But I should check to see if he still has the poison effect in, and I should probably check to make sure that I got rid of that theft rune once and for all. But before I could start checking for the poison and theft runes, Sky started to stir. But he started to fall asleep again.

"We'll at least that's one thing I won't have to do" I thought to myself.

"Now it's time to begin" I said and my eyes started to turn purple.

The time skip through the Nyan Cat dimension....

Jerome's POV

Seto wanted us to leave that way he could examine that trap Herobrine brought over. I don't trust him one bit, not even after his story. I just don't believe it one bit. But after we played some Hunger Games, we all had some time to relax and to let some stuff sink in.

"So what did you guys think of my 100th win" boasted Mitch.

"I think we can all say that your a bit obsessive" replied Kermit.

"Hey" whined Mitch.

After that we all burst out laughing our arses off. We all eventually fell onto the floor clutching our stomachs, when we finally stopped laughing.

"Well come on guys let's see if Seto's done with whatever he's doing."

"Okay captain obvious, we're coming" teased Mitch.

"Well come on you two or else we're leaving you behind" called Ian.

"We're coming" I called back. "Come on they're waiting for for us"

"Right, let's go" replied Mitch.

Then we started heading towards the others.

"Sky I hope your okay and that nothing else was in that trap..."  I thought to myself

Seto's POV

After about 30 minutes of checking for the theft rune and poison effects of the trap, I found that I got rid if the theft rune for good. But, the poison was still in effect. I quickly got to work on removing the poison effects.

I had finished removing the poison effects, and I was rewrapping Sky's bandages when the gang walked into room. I cursed under my breath when they walked in.

"There's a thing called 'knocking' " I commented to gang.

I heard a lot of muttered "sorries" from the gang, and all I did was roll my eyes.

"Any luck with Sky? I've been really worried about him since lunch" asked Ty and Ian worriedly.

"Well...um... you see guys, Sky had a theft rune on him. Which can steal the energy from the victim with the rune on, and for people like Sky, Herobrine, and I it's extremely dangerous for us. For you see, it steals large quantities of energy which we need in order to use magic and to live, which is very dangerous for Sky in his current condition. Also, Sky had poison effect on him. Which explains why he's been weak since he came back."

"Well it's good to know. How's Sky doing?" Quintin asked pointing to Sky, who was still passed out.

"He'll be okay. We'll just have to keep an eye on him" I replied.

They all nodded and left except Ian, Ty, Mitch, and Ryan.

"Can you guys take Sky back to his room? I'd like to sleep in my bed if you don't mind." I asked joking around.

"Sure, help me out guys." asked Ty.

Ryan, Mitch, and Ian helped Ty to put Sky on Ty's back, piggy-back style. And with that they left.

"Thanks for everything Seto!!! We'll let you know if anything happens!" They said in unison.

"Your welcome! It was nothing!" I called back. And with that they headed towards Sky's room.

"And now I got to visit the archives. I got a feeling that something horrible is going to happen".
