Wind too strong
And waves so wild,
Immeasurable distance
Between our linked souls,
Shattered by every unkept
Promises.
The distance of the shore
From the ocean seemed too wide,
I'm in deep remorse
For being coward,
I left without
Telling you how much
You mean to me.
Now we're on both ends
Of the universe,
No chance of meeting
At all,
And all we could do
Is whisper our
Unspoken devotion.
