Chapter 12: Rainy Day

3rd Person's POV

A frown was shown at Atsumu's face. He's currently at Sakusa's room, sitting infront of a window, looking outside as he stares at the heavy water droplets that keeps falling down.

Here's the thing, Atsumu hates the rain.

He didn't like the idea of people not wanting to go out because of the rain. Well, also one reason why he is hating on the rain because today was supposedly Atsumu and Sakusa's hang out together. It's the only time where his brother won't tag along and if his brother tags along, he'll text suna who will also come. Atsumu wanted to spend with only Sakusa outside but the rain ruined it.

If the rain was a human, it would be scared right now because of how Atsumu glared at it.

Sakusa on the other hand was leaning on the doorframe, looking and silently chuckling at Atsumu who is staring outside.

He then decided to go near him. He placed a hand on his shoulder, "Atsu, staring at it won't change the fact that it's raining" Sakusa said, a hint of laughter could be seen in his smile.

"Tsk." Atsumu leaned his back to the chair and crossed his arms, his pouty lips are on show.

"I hate the rain. We were supposed to go hang out but the rain ruined it"

Sakusa chuckled," I mean, we can still hang out but only here inside"

Atsumu looks at Sakusa with his pouty face still on, " How can we do that?"

" We can do many things here, like- hmmm.." Sakusa thought for a second, " Oh, I know. Wanna bake some cupcakes?" Sakusa said, smiling.

Atsumu's eyes lightened up at the idea, " Really?! Then I want to make a chocolate cupcake!" Sakusa ruffled Atsumu's fluffy hair and slightly played with his fox ears.

" Whatever you want" Atsumu excitedly stood up, " Then let's go!" And Atsumu pulled Sakusa out of his room to go to the kitchen.

Sakusa chuckled at Atsumu's reaction. When they got into the kitchen, Atsumu was almost bouncing up and down out of excitement.

"Okay, You need to calm down" Sakusa said, placing his hands on his shoulder to stop him from bouncing literally.

"But I'm excited! it's my first time making cupcakes! "

" I can see that" Sakusa smiles, " So Let's get the Cook Book so we can know what ingredients to use, sounds good?"

" Yeah! I'm gonna go ahead and get it" Then Atsumu immediately vanished only to be back with the book.Both men gathered the ingredients that was said in the book.

After a few minutes of goofing around while doing the step by step, In the current moment, Atsumu was busy mixing the batter. Hair strands had a few hint of flour together with his tail. Same goes to Sakusa.

In the middle of mixing, Sakusa was making the frosting of the cupcakes. He scooped his finger in it and tasted it, "hm, tastes nice" he said. Atsumu noticed this and he looks at Sakusa, "I wanna taste it too!" Atsumu exclaimed.

"Alright" and with the same finger he used, he dipped again and went near to Atsumu. Atsumu was about to taste the food by the said finger but Sakusa had a different plan, all of a sudden, the frosting was on Atsumu's cheeks while Sakusa is laughing.
