"Omg, that video just killed me!" Rose exclaims, immediately swooning in on Micah, grabbing him from his pram.

Before he had even seen her his hands were clapping excitedly and his famous squealing began. It only ever happened when he wanted one person and one person only- his Aunty Rosie.

"Has he said it yet?" She asks desperately, quickly leaning in to give me a kiss on the cheek.

"Hi to you too," I laugh. "And no, but we wouldn't urge him on to say it if you weren't with us anyway. We just used your names often whilst we were away so he was hearing them still."

"Aunty Rosie, Aunty Rosie," Rosalie coos, not bothering to reply as she spurs him on to say her name.

"Ah, Soph, Jasper!" Esme exclaims. "You're finally home. You almost looked sunkissed if that's even possible for a Vampire."

"It's more than possible if it's in relation to Sophia," Carlisle interrupts as he too walks into the kitchen where Jasper and I immediately put down our luggage.

As I give them both a hug and kiss, Emmett and Alice bound into the room too.

"Ah, you're back!" Alice shouts. "Not that I didn't know that, of course."

"Of course," I laugh, giving her a big hug.

"As soon as Rosalie ran out of our room, I knew exactly who was home," Emmett laughs with a shake of his head, before giving both Jasper and I hugs. "So, how is it being newlyweds? Not regretting taking your kid on your honeymoon?"

"We would never regret that," Jasper argues, punching his brother lightly in the arm.

"We are eating up all the time we can whilst he's still a baby," I tell him also, smiling as I listen in on Rose's attempted conversation with her nephew.

"Seen Bella yet?" Alice asks.

"Not yet," I say with a shake of the head. "We've been texting and she's been filling me in on the details from home, but I haven't seen her yet."

"Have you spoken to Charlie?" Alice asks again, an element of concern ringing through her voice.

"No..." I say cautiously. "Dad's got pretty good boundaries when it comes to the whole 'honeymoon' thing. But I'll be going and seeing him later this afternoon, definitely."

"Okay, cool," Alice exclaims, before bouncing out of the room.

Looking over at Esme I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows.

"Do you have any idea what that is about?" I ask.

"It's most likely in relation to the wedding..." Esme says, walking closer to me. "They sent out the invitations and I think it was a little bit of a surprise to Charlie."

"Oh, shit," I whisper. "I'll definitely have to go over then."

"Dad?" I call out as I walk through the front door to my old home.

I was never going to get used to the feeling that I no longer had all of my belongings within these walls- but just like long ago, I knew it was always the safe place I could run back to.

"Soph?" Dad exclaims from the direction of the kitchen, surprise evident in the tone of his voice. "I didn't think you'd come over so soon."

"Well, we got back this morning. I figured Micah and I would come say hello," I tell him as I lay my eyes on my old man.

He looked tired.

"I'm happy you're home," He tells us as he kisses me on the temple, reaching for Micah.
