     Little knight in shining armour?

     Eli? Was it…..Eli?

I slowly opened the door wider, wincing when it creaked. I stared at the person sitting on my floor, with wide eyes and a slack jaw. Did he seriously just break my lock to get into my house?

Mr 'all I do is lie' was sitting on my floor with a grin on his face. I angrily dumped my bag down on the floor and turned around to close the door. But the missing lock doubled my anger so I furiously slammed the door creating a loud noise that probably travelled through the whole corridor and shook my neighbour's walls.

I turned around to find Zion walking towards me with slow steps and his hands stretched out towards me. I narrowed my eyes at him and slid past him to walk to the kitchen. Filling myself a glass of water, I gulped it down. My mom always drank a glass of water to calm herself down when she was anxious or angry and I guess I picked it up from her.

I harshly slammed my glass down on the counter and turned towards Zion with my hands crossed across my chest and waited for him to explain why he entered my house like a freaking burglar scaring the absolute shit out of me.

"Easy there little tiger." He slowly stepped towards like he knew that he was walking on a thin line. "Don't call me little you giant mofo!" I snapped at him. Zion chuckled under his breath at my words and I lost it. I stormed my way to him and angrily shoved my hands on his chest until I pushed him out of the kitchen.

"What exactly is your definition of soon?!"

     Shove

"Do you for once care about people who constantly worry about you?!"

     Shove

"Nobody taught you to wait outside somebody's home when the person isn't opening the door and not breaking the freaking lock?!"

     Hard shove

Zion held my hands against his chest tightly and I screamed like a lunatic at him to let go of my hands. I tired myself out with all the screaming mixed with crying and leaned my head on his shoulder.

He ran his hand across my back and if I wasn't so angry at him I would've dozed off. "I'm so sorry baby, I had to make sure they won't come behind you at all before I could meet you again." He buried his head in my neck, running his nose up and down my neck.

     Baby?

"You didn't do a good job because those guys found us and beat Eli. I had to finish my whole pepper spray bottle into their eyes and stab them for extra precaution," I grumbled unhappily.
