The rest of the week went by super quick and before you knew it, the week was over. For the entire week, your teachers just gave you lots of free time.
The day just ended and it was the last day of school until break. You were waiting at the gate for Akaashi so the two of you could walk home together.
"Akaashiiiii!!" you called out as you saw him getting closer.
You ran over to him and hugged him.
"Finally school is over!!" you cheered
He laughed at your excitement and the both of you continued walking.
"What do you plan on doing during break?" Akaashi asked
"Not much" you frowned
"I was actually going to see if you wanted to spend it together since our parents won't be home?" you suggested
"Yeah that would be cool" he responded, also not having any summer plans.
"YAYYY!!" you shouted out while jumping
"We can go to the pool and have more sleep overs and and and go to the beach!!" you splurged out
This just made Akaashi laugh even more.
"We can talk about it more at home" he smiled
The both of you continued to walk home together. Every so often you would think of another thing to do over summer and would just say it out loud so you wouldn't forget by the time you got home.
After a few minutes, the both of you arrived at your house. You grabbed some chips and trail mix before heading up to your room with Akaashi. The both of you decided that before you started brainstorming what to do for the summer, you would have a snack. You had some Doritos while Akaashi had some trail mix, occasionally stealing each other food. While you ate, you also watched the drama "True Beauty". The two of you finished watching the episode and then decided to brainstorm the summer's activities.
You waddled over to your desk and got a pen and paper.
"Okay!! Ideas?" you asked
"Uhmm we can stargaze and go to the beach" he listed completely random things that came to mind
Your tongue stuck out of the corner of your mouth as you wrote down his ideas. As you were writing, you took the opportunity to write down your ideas from earlier. The both of you continued going back and forth coming up with more ideas. At the end, you list looked something like this:

- bicycling
- picnics
- movies
- WATER BALLOON FIGHT!!!!
- amusement park
There were a couple of words that had random line scratches because of your unpredictable tics. The both of you ran out of ideas pretty quick. You checked the time and it was already getting late. You started yawning and rubbing you eyes from the sleepiness.
"I think it's past your bedtime" Akaashi teased
"Yahh!!" you scolded while playfully hitting him
"I'm going to head home then" Akaashi said as he got his bag.
"The heck you are!! You staying for the night, it's too late!!" you said
Akaashi knew better than to protest so he just set his bag down and got a pajama shirt that he left at your house from your previous sleepovers.
The both of you settled in bed and drifted off to sleep~
