All the surgeons pop their heads in and out of the gallery, watching Amelia try to save the tumor-riddled brain of the great surgeon. Arizona stays in the gallery and watches the whole time. Herman had been the closest friend to Arizona since the divorce, she can't die, not now. Arizona had learned almost everything she needed from her so far. They have spent the last few months together every day almost, Arizona couldn't be alone again.
Arizona is praying, which she doesn't do often, for Dr. Shepard to get the tumor under control. When suddenly, she hears panic in the OR.
