Chapter 2: Meeting new people

Caroline's P.O.V
As I walk into the room, all eyes turn toward me. I just smile trying not to be awkward.

"Hi! I'm Robert Kirkman, as you probably know. But you can call my Rob!" He says

"Hello" I say very awkwardly. Stupid awkwardness.

"Come meet the cast!" He says directing me toward the group of people.

They are all lined up in a line. I go down the line first starting with Andrew Lincon, then Lauren Cohan, Steven Yeun, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, and Norman Reedus. There were more people also. Then I come to Chandler.

"Hi, it's going to be nice to have another kid on set!" He says, jeez he's cute.

"Haha thanks, I can't wait!" I say kinda giggling. Then I see another boy, with blonde hair. Oh he's cute also!

"Hey, I'm Mingus... Norman's son." He tells me while smiling. I can't help but smile also.

"Hi" I say smiling. "I'm Caroline" I say looking at me feet and then back at him.

"Well can't wait to get to know you better!" He says walking over to Chandler. I'm kinda just standing there awkwardly. Till Norman come over.

"Would you like to be shown to your trailer?" He says looking at me.

"Yeah sure, that'd be great." I excitingly say with a smile. Dang I'm all smiles today.

"Who wants to show Caroline to her trailer?!" Norman yells.

"I will!!" Chandler and Mingus yell at the same time. I just laugh. Before walking over to them Norman quickly whispers to me
"Looks like you got a little fan club" All I do is blush, the start walking to the boys again. I walk in between them. It was kinda quiet the way there, a couple 'so you excited' or 'what's up'.

"And here is your trailer Miss. Wakefield" Mingus says while opening there door.

"Thank youu" I say giggling. He laughs. He has the cutest laugh. I look over at Chandler and he's kinda giving him a dirty look. Wonder what that's about. I stop and take a good look at the inside of my trailer.

"Oh my god. This is so cool!!" I yelp while running my hands across the little couch I have there. Then I realize I have a 28" inch flat screen tv! And a mini fridge!

"It will probably be better once you decorate it" Chandler says smiling.

I plop down on the couch and take everything in. Chandler sits next to me and Mingus is on a bean bag. I close my eyes and lean back still not being able to believe this is happening. I start to think of my dad. He'd be so proud of me. He was the reason why i wanted to start acting. I can't believe I'm going to go through this without him. I miss him so much. Before I can do anything a tear falls from my eyes. Crap I hate crying in front of people.

"I'll be right back" I say quickly and running out before they can start asking questions. After about 5 minutes I pull myself together and walk back. When I walk back in they both stand up.

"Let's go do something or go somewhere" I say before they could say anything. They looks at each other and say 'sure'. We start walking to a ice cream shop. We get there in like 10 minutes.

"Hi how may I help you?" The lady asks us.

"I'll have mint Oreo in a cup please" I say

"I'll have vanilla" Mingus says.

"And may I have cookie dough please" Chandler says.

After that we get out ice creams and sit down at a table. After while talking a little and getting to know each other, Chandler asks the question I didn't want to be asked.

"Um.. Caroline why were you crying early?.." He says with a straight face. Meanwhile mine goes pale.

"Oh um that's a story for another time." I say looking down. It was quiet for a moment until Mingus brakes the silence.

"We should get going now" Mingus stands up saying and laughing a little.

"Yeahh" I respond back. His laugh is the cutest and yet the hottest thing I've ever seen. Wait what. I can't like him. Or can I? But Chandler? I don't know. Ugh.
Chandler opens the door and holds it for us. Then right as we walk out the paparazzi comes out. They swarm us and start asking questions.

"Caroline are you dating Chandler or Mingus? What's is your character like?" They yell over each other.

Next thing I know Chandler try's to put his arm around me but I get away first and I start walking back to the set. I turn to see Mingus glaring at Chandler with an angry expression. Oh. Does he like me? Does Chandler? Wait, ha what am I thinking. I just turn back around and start walking again till I feel a hand on my shoulder.

"Caroline I'm sorry" Chandler kinda says sadly to me. I'm mad because now there will probably be stories about all this and I don't even know who I like.

"Chandler what the hell was that?!" I snap back.

"I'm sorry, I just thought it was the right thing to do.." He says while looking down.

"Well it wasn't.." I say a bit more calm.

We finally get back and it's only 6 o'clock. We get back into my trailer and we decide to watch a movie.

"Want to watch a scary movie?" I ask. 'Yeah' they both said. We all sit on the couch, me in the middle. Right when it was about to start, Steven comes in and says

"Chandler, Rob needs to talk to you right now." Chandlers sighs and responds with okay.

"I'll be back soon maybe like thirty minutes? I don't know." He says walking out.
