Him (Mingus Reedus & Chandler Riggs)

Chapter 16

Normans P.O.V
Where the hell is this kid? I thought he came back into our room but I guess not. Out flight leaves in 3 hours and i don't know where he is. I would have thought he would be with Chandler, knowing him and Mingus are friends but I guess not. I go to Melissa's room to check. I just open the door and go in. " Hey Melissa is Ming in here?" I ask pretty loudly. "Shhhhh" she says popping out of the bathroom. I gave her a confused look and she point to the beds.

I look over to see Caroline asleep in Mingus's arms. I can't help but smile. I liked when Caroline and Mingus were together, they made each other happy. "Let's just leave them be for now." I say to Melissa.

Caroline's P.O.V
I woke up hearing a door close. I think Melissa just left. Then I feel a pair of arms tighten around me. I look over and see Mingus, all the memories of last night roll though my head. I shoot up, waking Mingus.

"Hey what wrong?" He asks with a morning voice. Oh damn. "Last night.. Was it a dream?" He gives me a sad look and shakes his head no. I feel tears prick my eyes, he quickly wraps his arms around me and we lay there for another couple minutes.

It was silent till Mingus says something that really makes me think. "What does this make us?" He asks. Right then and there the memories of him cheating on me with that other girl come flowing back into my head. Them kissing and me just watching as my heart slowly brakes. "Caroline?" He asks kindly. "Uh..uh I don't know." I say quickly and run into the bathroom. All of my emotions come out as I quietly sob. I want him but what if he hurts me again? But what if he doesn't hurt me. I just can't take it anymore ,y head feels like it's going to explode. My thoughts stop when I hear the door shut.

Mingus's P.O.V
"What does this make us?" I ask her. Her face goes blank. "Caroline?" She then runs into the bathroom. I run my hands though my hair frustrated. God dammit I shouldn't have asked. I just decide she needs her time so I get up and walk out over the room.

While I'm exiting I bump into Chandler. "That's Caroline's room? Why were you I'm there?" He ask. "Oh I slept with her last night, not like that way just to make her feel more safe." I say truthfully. His face turns a little red. He was about to say something till dads come to tell us "we gotta go soon, go get pack, eat then we're leaving. Got filming when we get back." I just walk off quickly too avoid what ever Chandler was going to say.
