Keisei isn't really everyone's favourite so when he goes on his rant after Kiyo gets his perfect score in maths he says he is going to leave the group and asks the rest of the group members to do the same and leave Kiyo by himself.
The others say no, wondering how Keisei could say such a thing and they decide to stay with Kiyo instead, leaving Keisei as the only one that leaves.
The rest of the group continue as normal pretty much and still frequently get together and hang out, acting as if Keisei had never even been there.
Keisei on the other hand is left all alone again and can only watch as the friends he chose to leave get along happily.
Keisei's stupid pride and immaturity has cost him his friends.
