Kiyo and Arisu have been dating for about a month or two now and have got around to sex but Arisu's body can't keep up with Kiyo's and he isn't left fully satisfied by the end of things.
Knowing things won't go well like this, Arisu enlists some help to keep up with Kiyo's lust and stamina, namely the two girls she seems to have wrapped around her fingers.

Arisu is fine with things as long as she gets to have her shot with Kiyo first and maybe again at the end, as well as be held by Kiyo once things are over.
Arisu seems the type to enjoy watching others be dominated and would probably like to play about with them herself showing her sadistic side.
It will lead to everyone doing things to everyone (girls doing stuff between them) so it can be mixed and matched to many different situations.
