CHAPTER 17

Mari's P.O.V.

"What are you going to tell her?" I ask Rose as we sit down on the grass.

"I don't know. I feel like I need to apoligize to her or something. Like I feel like I am just hurting everyone right now." Rose tells me making me shocked that she wants to apoogize to Kristean the one that hurt her.

"She hurt you why will you apologize to her." I ask Rose as we both lay down to look at the stars.

"I feel like I hurt her. Like I did something to make her do that." She tells me as I start to look to find the big dipper.

"You didn't hurt her you waited for her but she just didn't know what you were doing. She became...how do I put this nicely...a huge retarded weirdo that wants to only sleep with people." I tell Rose turning my head to face her.

"But I didn't tell her what I was going to do. I basically just acted like we were friends with very limited benifits." She tells me looking at me.

"Well...You just need to make your piece with her and then we can leave. She is not coming with us to go party...get high..or get drunk. This is going to be your week our week." I tell her moving my head where I was looking at the stars again.

"She won't come with us I swear." Rose says.

"LOVE I AM SO SORRY I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAME OVER ME OVER AT THE THEATER. I LOVE YOU I SWEAR I DO I TRULY DO LOVE YOU AND IT WON'T EVER HAPPEN AGAIN!" I hear this annoying girl voice speak and then I realized that it was Kris' voice. So i imediately stand up and walk up in front of her.

"You fucker. She loves you to but you fucking ruined that. You are the person that kissed that chick. You need to fuck off." I yell at Kris. I felt a hand on my shoulder and pull me back.

"Don't do this. You don't want Scotland all over again." Rose whispers into my ear.

"What the fuck! I thought you weren't going to hurt me." Kris says even more annoying then she already was.

"We only said we wouldn't hurt you such as touch doesn't mean that I can't verbally hurt you." I tell her laughing a little at the end of my sentence.

"Well you shouldn't do that." She tells me.

"Stoop. You two." Rose says.

"Kris we need to talk in private." Rose says sternly.

"Anything babe." Kris says. I was ready to punch her right then and there. They walk a little far but I was still able to hear the conversation which I think Rose did on purpose.

"So...I wanted to apologize." I hear Rose say.

"Don't be you didn;t hurt me I hurt you badly." Kris says.

"I think we should just not hang out for a while." Rose says confidently.

"No babe no." Kris says.

"Stop calling me that. We aren't dating. Don't text me either because I won't be on my phone at all." Rose says backing up from Kris.

"I love you though." Kris says.

"I thought you did to but I guess not." Rose says.

"But I do." Kris says walking up to Rose.

"No. I don't." Rose said as I was able to tell actually hurt her on the inside.

"Kris. You need to realize this is hard for me. I just need to be alone right now. Okay?" Rose says.

"Okay." Kris says sadly.

"Please. Go home and relax." Rose tells Kris.

Rose starts to walk towards me but Kris pulls her back and kisses her. Rose pushes her off in disgust. Not like she didn't like it disgust just that it wasn't what she needed.

"I...I...am sorry." Kris says running off.

Rose looks at me with her eyes full of tears. I run up to her and catch her before she falls. That was very weird and movie like. I am never doing that again.

"It's okay." I tell her grabbing my phone out to call Luke and Dylan.

"Hello?" Luke answers his phone.

"She is crying. She is not going to get up. Did you take care of Jake?" I ask Luke looking at Rose as she cuddles up into me crying.

"This is weird. She is like cuddling me one of you guys need to be here." I tell look before he could answer my question.

"Yes we took care of him and Dylan is on his way." Luke tells me as I hear a car door shut.

"I am on my way too." He tells me.

"She  won't be able to handle anymore of this pain. This has happened to her before remember?" I tel Luke as I hear foot steps behind me.

"It's me don't worry. Let me have her." Dylan says.

I move so then Dylan can craddle her and comfort her.

"I do remember. That wasn't a good time for her. She was in to much pain. Which caused her to be hated by everyone in Scotland." Luke says as I hear the car door shut.

"I am hear. See you in a minute." He says to me hanging up the phone.

I see him running across the grass. I run towards him as well.

"She...isn't good." I tell him as he starts to walk next to me.

He kisses me before he says anything.

"I love you too." He says jokingly.

"I love you too. You have the car packed for out trip?" I ask him as we walk hand in hand towards Rose curdle up in a ball on Dylan's lap.

"Yes everything is ready. This week is going to be fun and she won't remember anything.as we are gone. She will just think of how much fun she is having." Luke says as we sit down next to Dylan and Rose.

"She...She...is broken. She isn't talking. She is not going to get up anytime soon." Dylan says as he looks at us.

"I know she isn't." Luke says.

"There was a reason why I brought blanks." Luke says.

"Let's get them then and find a spot to hang out at as we wait." I tell Luke standing up.

"Okay." He says standing up and we start to walk.

"Let's race." He says looking.

"Okay. GO!" I yell running as fast as I can towards Luke's truck. He is definetly taller than me with longer legs but I am small and fast. So i beat him to his car.

"What is my prize?" I ask dancing around.

"Me." He says leaning in to kiss me.

"Nope." I say walking away from him to make him fall into the truck.

"We have more important matters then us making out." I say opening the back.

"Like what?" He says walking up to me.

"Rose." I say grabbing blankets and shoving them in his face.

"Come on she isn't going to move. What else can we do then sit there? Wecan have a littl efun right?" He tells me as I close the door and lock it.

"Hmm." I say leaning in towards him.

"Yes. You can sing to us." I tell him pulling away from him.

"Dam you...Only if we kiss." He says to me as I run off.

"Only if you can catch me." I yell to him holding some blankets in my hand.

"I will take you up on that offer." He says to me.

We pass Rose and Dylan who are still on the floor. I throw the blankets on Rose and Dylan. As I kept running. Luke did the samething chasing after me. I tripped over a stupid rock. I try to get up faster but Luke was already on top of me.

"Now that kiss." He says leaning in and kiss me.
