Description: The user is able to manipulate the temperature of the air around them within a 100-yard radius. Their quirk has about a 50-degree (°C) range; only reach a low of -50°C and a high of 0°C. (That's about -58°F to 32°F)
Drawbacks: Despite resistance to the cold, they are not immune to it. If the user overexerts their quirk, frost will begin to form on their skin and they will slowly succumb to the freezing temperatures around them. They are also sensitive to heat, meaning they are more susceptible to fever or heatstroke and their skin burns much easier than the average person.
Subfeatures:
No matter the temperature, their breath comes out in a mist cloud as if they were breathing in freezing temperatures
