Description: The user has a mermaid tail and is able to swim incredibly fast because of it. They are also able to breathe underwater, are extremely agile in the water, and can sing a "siren's song". This song is a hypnotic melody that entrances whoever hears it, luring them to the water. Their stare holds the same hypnotic ability, however, it several times weaker than their song and will not work alone unless used on extremely weak-minded people such as small children.
Drawbacks: The quirk user is unable to split their tail into legs. When out of the water, they must use a wheelchair to get around and constantly have to dump water on their tail to prevent it from drying out.
Subfeatures: While in the water, the user feels an intense carnivorous appetite. They will have a strong craving for human flesh, however, any type of meat will satiate this hunger.
