Type: Emitter
Description: When a living thing has direct contact with the user's skin, the user can activate their quirk and kill whatever they're touching. The living thing that they touch then goes into a hibernation or comatose state and their body simply shuts down; killing them peacefully in their sleep. The user is also able to heal or resurrect things, however, said resurrection does have limits. Whatever damage is done to the dead thing they're resurrecting (injuries before or after death, decomposition, etc.) isn't healed and if the body is damaged too badly, it won't resurrect. The quirk won't work through clothes or anything in the way, not including things such as fur, scales, etc.
Drawbacks: The death aspect of the quirk can easily be used accidentally if the user does not have full control over their emotions, however, the healing and resurrection aspects take a great deal of energy and concentration. If the user overexerts their healing/resurrection, they can force themselves into a coma if not death.
