Description: The quirk user resembles an anthropomorphic cat (it's basically a tabaxi if you know dnd species) covered in fur. They have feline paws that are equipped with sharp claws rather than hands, whiskers, and have incredible balance and agility.
Public Use: Yes
Version 2: Neko
Type: Transformation/Mutarion
Description: They naturally have cat ears and a tail but, aside from those two locations, have no fur on their body. The user has cat-like balance and agility and can transform into a regular housecat.
Drawbacks: Female with this quirk do not get their period, however, go into heat once a month.
Subfeatures: They exhibit many cat mannerisms such as playing with strings/laser pointers, love fish, bipolar about belly rubs, etc.
