Description: The user can manipulate and create/recreate matter to build things such as buildings, machines, roads, etc. She does, however, need to understand the properties and structure of the materials she makes. It's similar to Momo's quirk, however, she can old create materials needed to build things and not fully constructed items. Due to this limit though, the understanding she needs to have of the materials is a lot less complicated than knowing the entire molecular structure. For example, if she wants to create glass, she would need to understand that it's made with sand and heat. If she wanted to create a wooden plank, she would need to know what kind of wood she wants to use for it.
