Prologue

Mully Pov

Another day, another fight. Well, at least for me. I can't go one day without getting beaten up. Emotionally and physically. My bully's name is Josh. And I can't help but harbor a crush on him. I don't exactly know why he bullies me, maybe it's just because of my weight or maybe he knows I like him. Either way I have to go to school everyday. And everyday I get picked on. Not just by Josh. There's other people as well that do it. But Josh is the worst. I started liking him before he started bullying me. And even once he started, my body wouldn't let the crush go. It kept it there, waiting for the right time. But he still hurts me. I grab my stuff and head out the door. My mom's already at work and my dad is nowhere to be seen. My friends are waiting for me. 

"Hey," I say.

"Ready for the hell hole?" Gaege asks.

"As ready as I'll ever be," I roll my eyes. 

"I absolutely hate it there," Eddie says.  

"Only a few more years," Grant says. 

"Yeah, but then I'll probably get kicked out so I don't know what to look hope for," I say.

"But don't you need to go to college?" Grant asks.

"Well I sure as hell don't have enough money for that and I'm too much of a f*cking dumbass to get a scholarship," I say. 

"You could go to Community College," Grant says.

"Lets not talk about this right now," I say.

"What do you want to talk about?" Gaege asks. "Josh?"

"Ha ha," I say.

"Speak of the f*cking devil," Eddie growls. I look over and we see Josh. He spots us at the same time. Shit.
