"Dream needs to kill the dragon," Wilbur said finally. They'd all be talking in Phil's house again after throwing Lazar and Sam into the bedroom with Technoblade and Ranboo. Ranboo was currently explaining what was happening and trying to get the newcomers to calm down about being locked in a room with Technoblade.

"I can't just go and kill it," Dream snorted. "It's harder than it looks,"

"Let me out!" Lazar cried from the room. "I don't wanna be here with that murderer!"

"You need to stay for your own good and the good of everyone else in this village," Phil said calmly. "He can't even hurt you, relax,"

"There's nothing wrong with us," Sam added. "Let us out of here,"

"You don't understand-" Ranboo started.

"Oh what do you know?" LazarBeam hissed.

"Excuse me?" Ranboo growled. Dream sighed and glanced around. It was hard to talk to a large group of people, especially when two conversations were going on at the same time.

"What are you, twenty?" Sam said. "You don't know what you're talking about,"

"Actually- actually I'm seventeen," Ranboo muttered hesitantly. "But- wait- I do know what I'm talking about, calm down. You aren't getting out of here," He added before anyone could interrupt.

"Child...?" Dream had been about to talk when he heard a gruff voice and knew Technoblade had spoken up. Ranboo didn't answer for a moment.

"Er- yeah...? Child- I am kinda a child," Ranboo said.

"Me... too," Techno hissed.

"What is he even talking about?" Sam said. "He isn't a child,"

"He was," Chris said, staring at the door.

"Wow," Wilbur said sarcastically. "I was a child at one point too, isn't that wonderful? We have something in common." He scoffed before adding. "He's insane,"

"No he isn't," Karl said. "He's saying he was a kid too when we found him," He hissed. "Just like Ranboo,"

"Oh-" Ranboo said. "Um... cool I guess..."

"Ok, as great as this is, we need to come up with something," Dream said before anyone else could say anything.

"Yeah," Phil agreed. "We need to save them,"

"Save us from what?" Lazar said.

"You have End Fever, you're becoming endermen," Ranboo explained. "Like me and Techno," He added. "You see that? His eyes, the way he isn't moving, lack of emotion and speech. That- that's gonna happen to us," Silence filled the room.

"What...?" Sam hissed finally.

"Yeah, I already said that but you didn't listen," Ranboo growled.

"Anyway," Wilbur said loudly. "Dream, you're supposed to be a dragon killer, so go kill it,"

"The way you said that suggests you're asking me to kill a spider," Dream said. "This is a friggin Ender Dragon, they're literally the hardest dragons to kill!"

"But you have killed one, right?" Tommy said. "You look like a guy who has killed a lot of big black dragons,"

"Well- yes, obviously I've killed a few," Dream stammered. "But in the End with end crystals and enderman and-"

"Ok, we get it, in the End," Wilbur said. "What's the difference?"

"There's a lot of differences," Dream hissed. "For starters, if this dragon isn't in the End, I need to know how the hell it isn't dead," Dream said. "You can't bring an Ender Dragon to the overworld, it's just not possible,"

"Then how is one here, Dream?" Karl said. "Because we all saw that dragon, that Ender Dragon,"

"I-" Dream couldn't think of what to say. "I don't know, ok?" Dream hissed finally.

"How do you not know?" Wilbur said. "You're supposed to be an expert,"

"I just don't know!" Dream snapped. "It's not possible, something impossible shouldn't be possible so- I- I just- I don't know!"

"Calm down, we'll figure it out," George said after a moment. "We just have to use what we know about Ender Dragons and figure out what an Ender Dragon would do if it were in the overworld,"

"It wouldn't be in the overworld because that. Isn't. Possible," Dream hissed.

"Just pretend like it is," George said. "Where would that dragon be?" Dream took a deep breath. Just pretend like it is possible. Dream thought.

"Somewhere dark," He said after a moment. "So it would only be out at night," He added, squinting with thought.

"Good, now find it," Wilbur said. Why is he so stuck up. Dream thought, feeling slightly annoyed by how uninterested Wilbur looked right now. He's only been afraid a few times, why won't he just be afraid now? Dream didn't know why he wanted Wilbur to be scared so bad, but he should be. People are attacking each other, turning into endermen, and his brother is practically dead. Tommy looks worried, why doesn't Wilbur?

"I'll try," Dream said. "I can't promise I'll be able to kill it," He added.

"You have to," Wilbur said, his amber gaze intense. Dream stared at him as well, confused and even more annoyed now.

"Why don't you try killing a dragon?" He snorted under his breath. "It's easy," He said sarcastically.

"Then why isn't it dead yet?" Wilbur said. Why is he being difficult. Dream thought.

"You know what, I'm gonna walk around, wait for sundown, and find the dragon, ok?" He said. "Just leave me be," He said, turning. "George?" He called.

"Yep, coming," George said, walking after him.

"I thought you were the dragon killer, not him," Wilbur said.

"I am," Dream said. "He's there if anything goes wrong," He said. "And the others," He added. "Just leave me be, ok?" He gave Wilbur a hard stare before turning and walking out of the house.

Snap that child's back, goldfish.

Excuse my randomness, I'm feeling weird today. And I have a box of goldfish. Soooo... yeah...
