As silence filled the small cramped room, he'd shiver towards his fathers unsettling words on speaking the truth. Knowingly enough, he couldn't lie to Keith like this? But, how would he even explain. What, did he need to explain? Not just recently Keith told him to be more open. Why does this have to happen now when he felt happy?

''You look speechless.'' The static demon broke the silence as his son didn't respond to his question on when he'd tell the angel the truth and it's glory. Guessing he was a bit shocked?

''How do you know about Keith..'' The ginger snapped, ignoring his words as he didn't have the guts to respond to them. Shaking in the spot he sat in while barley gazing at the mirror that stood in front of his face. Afraid by his actual father's presence.

After years on end of his disappearance as a father, he's now came in as if those years were nothing but silence to him. Causing his rage to boil but, his overwhelming anxiety crushed his raging thoughts from doing anything further. As if he was, weak?

It just ticked him off. He now shows up when he found something he's never experienced before on his own. Well, he probably ruined that chance due to the fact he scared him off. He just couldn't control his touchy thoughts. Still heavily regretting his poor choices on not removing himself on top of the angel who was obviously uncomfortable by his actions. Yet, he continued forward like a total asshole.

''Why wouldn't I know about him?'' Responded his father in a rather glitchy tone of voice. As if he owned speakers that were scratched up. Having a poor audio for a voice as it was annoyingly screechy.

''I can smell him, Pico.''

His words caused him to flinch, not liking his tone of intimidating words about knowing the angels location as it feared him. The fact he didn't have a weapon on himself made those thoughts worse too.

But the main problem was. He had to lie. I mean, for others it probably doesn't sound anything new. Lying was a common thing among everybody honestly. But, towards somebody he crushed over hurt. He didn't want to keep things away from him? I mean, he wouldn't be able to see his thoughts of course. But he, himself could obviously see them. And that's what hurt the most. Lying to somebody he fell for. It didn't sit right with him. But, he couldn't spill the truth either?

And that truth was a painful one, that he is a demon. An unwanted one at most. When he was born, he didn't grow wings. Seemingly being called a ''runt'' or just over all made fun of. The fact he had ginger hair was another common trait for others to pick at him for it. Why, he was left in an empty battle field. Well, that's what Captain told him?

They both found him helplessly in some dusty field with nothing but sand as his surroundings were quite ugly. They both for some reason took him in, even if they knew about his special traits. In short, not being human. Even through out his time of growing up, he still wished for them back. He didn't like the newer family's he kept being sent to. Most of them didn't care for his existence, or most of them just, didn't have the time to show affection.

It cut deep into his sensitive heart knowingly he wasn't ever wanted from how big of a pain he was. Even as a kid, he was worse. But, was taught a few tricks from Steve on calming down his anger issues in situations that would trigger him.

''Why are you even here in the first place..'' Questioned the ginger in a unsteady tone of voice. Not wishing to call him ''father'' as he didn't fit that role. He never did in the first place, even if he was his biological dad. He'd just rather call him nothing as it is. Or try his dearest to avoid calling him a father.
