The ginger stared him down, giving him a sour expression of him having an idea. If he had to be honest, he didn't wish to listen. Just wanting to kill off the wolves before they could kill them off.
''Please..'' The angel begged towards the annoyed ginger who only gave him a blank stare. Knowingly enough he wasn't going to listen by the obvious look of his explaining 'no.'
Knowingly enough, if he couldn't get his way on taking the safer route. He'd have to do it himself in order for it to be accomplished.
Keith began to twist his head slightly, gazing down at his folded wings as one of them were bandaged thanks to Pico's help a while ago from the incident. He knew for a fact he had to use them, he couldn't allow something as tragic as this to fold out in a bloody mess. Especially the idea of killing mother nature wasn't something he agreed with.
Keith in a hurry began to remove the bandage while throwing it onto the ground. Admiring the dry blood in disgust as his heart began to race.
𝘞𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦.. The Angel curiously thought. But, knew it was now or never. Pico helped him a lot when the tree branches stick got stuck into his wing. Also showing him that, he could trust others. Even if his mothers rules stated he shouldn't ever trust another stranger out of the blue. But, sometimes you can if you give it a little thought. Knowing for a fact he'd have to make a sacrifice.
Pico began to hold the trigger, making sure his guns position was perfect. Aiming at the right wolf's head. A sly grin growing on his lips as his tooth gap was exposed by the grin. Until,
''Hey?! What ar-'' Pico soon began to watch as he was being pulled backwards as the wolves began to charge all together. Were they, falling? He was too scared to look back. But, thought differently. The ginger watched as he was pulled into the air with a flash as he could picture out the massive gapping line between the two forest's. Seeing the wolves back down from the chase as they couldn't jump over? Until he began to hear harsh flapping noises from behind. Pico finally had the courage to gaze behind but was too late. Being thrown onto the cold grass on his knees as he'd let out a painful hiss by the harsh landing he took.
𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙢 𝙄, 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚.. Thought the ginger who's body began to shake unpleasingly. Up until he heard struggling kicks from the side of his ear?
Keith dug his finger tips into the grasses dirt. Not having nails due to clipping them. But, being the one time he needed them surprisingly. As he was moving the ginger out of his arms while weakly carrying him over, he barley made the jump as his injured wing began to hurt. Tears running down the sides of his cheeks as his wings were folded in. It hurt to move his wounded wing, feeling as if the route he took wasn't so clean as he thought it'd be. But, was thankful the ginger perfectly safe and sound, same goes for the pack of wolves too. Accepting his fate, even if he wished to live longer. But, gave in to the idea of falling off the cliffs edge.
𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? Thought the angel in despair as his fingers began to shake. Feeling his finger nails sliding barley as his grip wasn't hard enough. Well, he couldn't re-call anything evil he's done honestly. What, has he done really? Maybe for being different from his own kind? He couldn't put his finger on it. He was deeply hurt by the mean comments he was always given due to his major height difference from his other male classmates. Sometimes, even the females being taller than he was. Which, was embarrassing to him. Sometimes he wondered if he was born as a runt. He was weak, short, barley knew how to speak. He was just a mess at his age. He wondered, why? Why was he born like this. Why couldn't he have an amazing life like the other angels his age. He's never done anything wrong? So why did he get 'karma' of some sort.
