[14] One Ugly Wish

As her eyes stared down completely blank at the lakes reflective water. The angel pictured out herself with face full of upsetting anger and confusion as her feet sat in the warm lakes water. Her beautiful plain white dress being out of the liquids lake. 

After the years of them both studying about humans and their evil doings, Keith still somehow managed to befriend one in some sort of way.. 

''𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹..'' 

Thought Cherry whom begun to create theories upon theories as she sat at the edge of the quiet lake while admiring over her pouting expression.

''But, humans are powerless.'' She reminded herself as humans had no special abilities such as her and Keith's kind. That odd ginger having no characteristics of an angel. Yet, by his obvious human form, Keith still played with him as nothing else when they were a serious threat to their own kind. Why their world is dead, gone. Yet, he doesn't care..

Cherry clenched her fists in total rage by her childhood friends Ketih's rebellious choice as it was such an offense to the ones who died. 

She just didn't understand? Keith had bad nightmares about humans when he was only twelve when the two would have sleepovers together during weekends. Keith grew anxiety due to humans existence. Every time they'd have a project to do on safety against humans, Keith only let out shaking whines as sometimes he had to purposely skip those projects as Cherry did everything for him as she didn't wish to see him fail over his poor anxiety issues. 

Yet again, the ginger and him were so oddly touchy.. Too, touchy.

Cherry from a far couldn't get such a good glance at the two but, they were so utterly close as if they were ready to kiss while Keith gently held him up with the air with him. But in the end, she could of saw things that weren't in reality there to begin with.

Cherry being lost in her thoughts not knowing an odd figure towered over her presence silently as it watched over the angel and her frustrated worries about Keith's safety. Until, something at the corner of her eye caught her attention as she'd gaze at the water and it's reflection. It soon picturing out the most ugliest beast in her own entire life. Thinking humans were worse.

With quick reaction, the angel sits her self up instantly before further identifying what it was. Having no time as she felt as if her life was on the line. 

Cherry backed herself into the running shallow water away from the creature as she held up her long white dress as the quiet water soon became loud splashes due to Cherry's worried movement. Soon, realizing the creature had already vanished.

''Wh- what are you?!"' She yelled as she'd gaze upon her surroundings. Soon, hearing a low deep voice as it quietly spoke out,

''No need to fear.'' 

Cherry soon realized the deep voice being loud and clear behind her. Quickly turning her back once again as her balance was off course with her frantic movements as the scared angel backed herself away from the figure.

''Wh- what..'' Cherry whispered to herself as the angels eyes only widen with confusion and fear. Seeing the figure as it was nothing like a human. It, it couldn't be.. 

''I'm here to grant you what you need the most.'' it said as the voice sounded unrealistic. As if it was almost muffled static. But, was able to hear what the thing was saying. 

The creature of sorts that stood upon her like a tower was long, too skinny to be anything but human as it's body was complete static like it's voice. It being, faceless..?
