Mafuyu's problems

As Y/n and mafuyu walked side by side around the town, y/n suddenly asked mafuyu a question.

Y/n: um, mafuyu-san, is there any school around here or maybe in another town?

Mafuyu: yes, there is one in this town. I am also one of the teachers in this school.

Y/n: oh! Then can I know where it is? I think I'll apply to it so can you show me the place?

Mafuyu nodded and walked away and y/n followed behind while skipping, smiling, and humming enthusiastically.

Mafuyu pov

After some time walking with y/n, mafuyu got irritated by his constant humming but couldn't say so since she did agree to this and could only lament at her past self agreeing.

3rd pov

After walking for some time now in complete silence except y/n's constant humming, which mafuyu just blocked out completely now, they finally arrived at the place, ichinose academy.

Mafuyu: this is the place, now, what will you do next? Since I still have school work to do, I do not have much time.

Said mafuyu with smile in her face and irritation in her voice.

Y/n: um, do you have a place I could go to stay at? I'll pay you back I promise!

*kuchu! Mafuyu gained a tick mark above her forehead after y/n said that. Mafuyu was about to refuse but y/n gave her those puppy eyes and said in a very sad voice.

Y/n: please? I don't have a place to stay and my moneys only enough for me to enrol here. Please, let me stay. Please?

~Timeskip at mafuyu's apartment door~

Mafuyu pov

Mafuyu thoughts: Why?! Why couldn't I just refuse it?! Now he has to see the stacks of trashes here!

Mafuyu cried out loud in her thoughts. But before she could think more, she was suddenly waken up from her thoughts by a hand waving in front of her face.

Y/n: mafuyu-san are you alright?

Mafuyu: ah, indeed. I'm alright, I was just thinking about something.

Y/n: hmm? Oh! Don't worry I definitely won't touch your body while you're asleep, promise!

Mafuyu suddenly blushed and said in irritation.

Mafuyu: I was NOT thinking about that!

Y/n: oh, then what were you thinking about?

Mafuyu: I was only, *sigh just don't get surprised after I open this door.

Y/n: hmm~ sure!

Yin said with enthusiasm. Mafuyu then
opened the door.

Y/n:....

Mafuyu:...

Y/n: do you need help in cleaning?

Mafuyu's left eyes twitched as she blushed from embarrassment.

Mafuyu: yes

While y/n and mafuyu was cleaning the apartment.

Mafuyu:kyaaaaahhh!!!!

Y/n then ran towards mafuyu and asked in a concerned voice.

Y/n: mafuyu-san, is everything alright?!

Mafuyu: c-c-cockroach! t-th-the-there is a c-co-cockroach! I-in the wall.

Y/n: cockroach?

Y/n then looked at the wall where mafuyu pointed at and saw about an inch big cockroach.

Y/n then proceeded to pick a fallen book on the floor and threw it at the cockroach, splatting it in the process. After a moment of silence, mafuyu suddenly heard y/n laugh.

Y/n: pffhahhahaha

Mafuyu: whats so funny?

Mafuyu asked in an irritated voice and gave a glare to the direction y/n was at.

Y/n: so, you're scared of cockroach?

Mafuyu: i-incorrect, of course not.

Y/n: yeah o~f course you're not scared, you only screamed after all hahahahah.

Mafuyu:....

Y/n: why are you so scared of
cockroaches anyways, they don't even bite unlike spiders, or are you scared of insects in general?

Mafuyu: forget about this, we shall continue to clean now.

Y/n: yes maam!

Y/n said in while saluting.

After some time, mafuyu and y/n finally finished cleaning them apartment at 6pm. Mafuyu offered to have y/n go have a bath first while she cooks.

After y/n finished bathing, he got out of the shower only to see an crestfallen mafuyu. Y/n's eyes blinked twice and tilted his head in confusion to why mafuyu was acting like this until he saw what was placed in the table, ash, yes, ash placed in a plate. Y/n went and asked mafuyu why's ash in the plate and got an answer.

Mafuyu: I can't cook.

Y/n then smiled which surprised her as she thought that he would laugh and mock her again.

Y/n: why don't you take a bath first, i'll take care of the meal.

Mafuyu looked at y/n and nodded before taking a bath herself.

While mafuyu was taking a bath, y/n went to the fridge and opened it only to see eggs and a few meat are placed in it. Y/n took the egg and meat out and he began his requiem.

Mafuyu pov

After finishing with bathing, I got dressed in my jogging pants and went out of the bathroom. After getting out however, I smelled a heavenly smell which I then looked at where the smell was coming from only to see y/n in a apron. I then came over and asked.

Mafuyu: question, where did you get the apron? I am sure I have never had that apron before.

After a few seconds of silence, y/n finally answered back at my question.

Y/n: um, magic? Anyways forget about that, lets eat or else the food will get cold.

After y/n said that, I sat down and looked at the food he prepared.

Y/n: it's egg and meat casserole, I couldn't really make it better since theres not a lot in your fridge.

Mafuyu: don't worry, I have eaten worst.

Y/n: anyways, lets dig in, itadakimasu!

Mafuyu: itadakimasu.

I then proceeded to take a bite at the casserole, after taking a bite. I looked at  y/n staring at me in a weird way.

Mafuyu: what?

Y/n: nothing, it's just that I know the foods good but do you have to moan?

I then realised why he was looking at me that way and got embarrassed but I managed to composed myself a few seconds later.

Mafuyu: It has been long since I ate good food.

Y/n: don't worry, You'll get to eat more delicious meals starting now since I'll be living with you till I find an apartment.

Mafuyu: indeed, you better find a new apartment fast.

At this statement, y/n only smiled at me and we sat in comfortable silence as he and I ate our food. After finishing our food, he proposed to clean the dishes since he was a freeloader in this place. After he finished cleaning his dish, I then led him to his room where he would stay and sleep.
