Saiki crawled back into bed as the two cuddled once more, happily. They had a holiday now, a nice long week off. The two boys chose to do lots of activity's, such as sleep and never get out of bed. Even when Saiki tried, he would only be pulled back into the bed.
Saiki gave one of his rare laughs, not many people got to see Saiki laugh, but Toritsuka was one of those who regularly got to see them. Reita blushed, and pouted, averting his gaze away from Saiki.
Saiki finally managed to get the other out of bed and into proper clothes. By proper clothes, he means Saiki's clothes. Where he lounged about in them all day.
The two began to hang out as they usually would, making weird jokes and buying unnecessary things.
And eventually, school began once again, everything seemed to repeat itself. Walk to school holding Reita's hand, go to classes, sit on the roof snuggling with his newly found boyfriend, then both of them going home together and hanging out.
Saiki liked it like this.
Until, exams came along, and ruined that pristine schedule the two had created for themselves.
Saiki was able to cheat, but he still wanted to revise since he didn't like the idea of cheating. He's already very smart, but needed to know everything in order to get the average score.
Toritsuka was also worried for exams, he rarely did well and relied on pure luck, or cheating. Although this time, it felt like he couldn't, seeing as he was dating Saiki.
Saiki gently smiled and faced the boy.
-I don't mind if if you cheat, do what you usually do
Reita's face lit up as he nodded. Both sat in the library smiling to themself. Saiki had a thought that if he heard the other struggling he would help, yes it was wrong. But he's inlove.
Although Saiki knew that Reita would just ask the ghosts so he didn't need to help all that much.
-Hey Saiki, you wanna study at home?
Toritsuka asked the other, who was just grabbing a book on science-y stuff. (shehshbssgvs idk a book lol) While Saiki wondered about the library looking for the biology book he needed.
-Yeah, sure. Wait for me outside okay?
Saiki replied, while the other nodded.
Toritsuka made his way outside, sitting on the pavement with his back leant against the school wall. He sat there, humming a tune to himself, smiling, as he waited for his boyfriend to come out.
When a group of boys from a different school came past, and stopped in their tracks. They looked like gangsters, the kind Aren would've hung out with. Scary.
Two out of the 4 in the group, had scars on them, looking like they'd been in a fight. Toritsuka didn't dare run, or move at all. He didn't want to provoke them. So he just pretended to ignore them, and stopped his humming.
They stared at Toritsuka, who for the most part ignored them. One of the boys lifted Toritsuka up by his uniforms collar, lifting his feet off the ground.
Toritsuka's thoughts were loud, and mostly begging for Saiki to come along to save him. He thought about it, and felt weak and pathetic by himself.
The one boy who was holding him brought his face closer, scaring Toritsuka more. Saiki had heard the thoughts, and came running over, since school had more or less just ended, teleporting wasn't an option.
Before he could get there, the boys began to speak.
"Arent you that gay boy?" One spoke.
The guy raised his other hand, which was clenched into a fist. Toritsuka squeezed his eyes shut, ready for impact, yet it didn't come.
At that moment, Saiki arrived, just in time to see the guy who had originally held Toritsuka up, was petting Reita's head, gently.
"We're gay too! We've seen you with your boyfriend a few times and i think it's super cute!" The guy behind him chimed in.
"Where did you find him, i want one!"
Their once scary faces seemed to soften, no longer scaring the small boy in his hands. As the one who had held up Toritsuka was now squeezing the boy in a tight hug.
"Oh i'm sorry, i didn't mean to scare you." He spoke again.
Saiki sighed in relief, that his lover was safe. Saiki rarely was visibly panicked, so this shocked even Toritsuka when he saw Saiki out of breathe stood next to him.
"Yes, i'm gay. This is my partner, Kusuo Saiki." Reita spoke.
Everyone's heads turned to face Saiki, as their once scary expressions turned even softer than before.
The group waved to Saiki, and Saiki waved back with a gentle smile on his face. As the psychic walked a bit closer to them, he held his hand out for Toritsuka.
Toritsuka happily grabbed his hand, as they intertwined their fingers.
"EEEEEE! Sooo cute!!" The group squealed.
"Excuse us, we have exams coming up, we need to get home to revise." Saiki spoke, slightly coldly.
"That's okay, sorry for scaring you! Hope to see you around some time" They all waved goodbye.
As Saiki and Toritsuka were walking home, hand in hand. As they laughed and joked about what happened, hoping to see that group again. The sun began to set, creating the perfect environment for the two.
"You had me worried there, Reita." He smiled softly.
"i'm sorry." He guiltily laughed.
The two stopped in the middle of the street and quickly kissed each other. Then went back to walking home together.
"Can i stay at yours again?" Reita asked.
"Sure, aren't your parents missing you?" Saiki replied.
"Probably not, they don't really mind." Reita smiled.
The two then made their way to Saiki's house.

i don't really upload all that much, my schedule is pretty packed ngl.
I have school and when i come back i go straight to sleep plus i usually draw when i can.
