Weapons: she wields a small dagger but mostly relies on hand-to-hand combat and her quirk
Special Skills: she is highly intelligent and can make a 100% successful plan within 10-15 minutes
Fuller Quirk Explanation: She manipulates her own blood mass to damage and infect live victims then take control of the victim's blood. She can manipulate the blood to make a shape, but the quirk seizes to maintain manipulated shape when it's detached from the victim, the source. Blood virus needs to reach live victims before disconnecting from the wielder. Blood loss only happens when blood separates from the victim, because it can't be absorbed back. Creating large scale shapes can be risky when used carelessly because of the limit of blood from a victim's body.
