Jaemin's POV

As I happily skipped over to where the others were sitting giving me questionable looks. 'Heck happened that got you so happy?' Renjun said as the others stared at me. 'Well,' I said as my mind drift to yesterday. 

Flashback, Jaemin's POV

We finally made it to Yuri's house and I was about to leave after saying good night when a small tug on my hoodie stopped me. 'T-Thanks, for helping me,' Yuri said as she looked away making me giggle at how cute she looked. 'It's fine, good night Yuri,' I said as I took one last look at Yuri before making my way back to my own house. 

End of flashback, Still Jaemin's POV

'Dang,' Haechan said as I finished telling them my encounter with Yuri. 'Is she okay tho?' Jisung asked, concerned. 'I hope so,' I said as I looked away trying to find the said girl in the crowded cafeteria during recess before frowning since I didn't see her. 'Heck you frowning for,' Jeno said as he nudged me. 

'I don't see Yuri,' I said pouting making them cringe. 'Isn't she usually at the garden,' Chenle pointed out and I immediately stood up and went to the school's garden where I found the said girl sitting there listening to whatever was playing through her earbuds. 

I quietly sat next to her and took one of her earbuds out making her flinch before she glared at me. 'Of course I can't have one day where I DON'T see you,' she said making me pout. 'Anyway, you okay?' I asked. 'Honestly? I don't know,' She said making me frown. 

'I'm guessing the bruises haven't faded,' I said noticing that she's wearing a turtleneck and I was proven right when she nodded. 'Come with me for a sec,' I said and walked away as a confused Yuri followed quietly behind me.

'Go sit there,' I said pointing towards one of the beds in the nurse's office as I went to my bag and grabbed the cream I bought from the other day. Once I retrieved the cream, I walked back to Yuri who was sitting on the bed looking at the floor. 

'Roll up your sleeves for a sec,' I said as she quietly folded them up revealing the same bruises from yesterday that I guess looked a bit better.

I slowly applied the cream on her arms when I noticed some cut marks peeking out from under her sleeve. I slowly rolled it up and was shocked to see at least 10 cuts on her arm.

Yuri who finally noticed what happened quickly rolled them down and looked away. 'You don't have to say anything but just let me treat it,' I said and she sighed before hesitantly nodding. Once I got the approval, I went through the first aid kit and got what I needed before resuming on treating her wounds. 

Once I was finished treating her arms, I looked up at her and she nodded her head getting what I meant and I slowly rolled her turtle neck down revealing her neck. I once again looked at her waiting for approval before applying cream on her neck.

Time skip, End of school day, Yuri's POV

I am just casually walking out of school when I heard someone shout my name. 'Hey Yuri wait up!' Someone said and I think you can guess who as a bunch of people started whispering about my relationship with the dude making me roll my eyes.

As he and his whole gang are now standing next to me, I glared at Jaemin to give me answers. 'We were going to Moonlight Cafe and since you have work there, we thought that we could go together.' Jaemin said and I just nodded before turning around and started walking with them chatting at the back following.

'Thank you,' I said as a customer came and grabbed their order before going out. 'Hey Yuri,' Taeil called me as I turned around. 'I know I said that your only going to be working the night shift for 2 weeks but the worker just told me that they have to take another leave for about 2-4 months. So can you continue on?' Taeil asked. 'Sure, I'll do it,' I said and he sighed in relief.

'Thank you so much Yuri, you can take the next 2 weeks off first. As a reward,' he said and I thanked him before he left.

'You know Taeil-Hyung?' Someone asked as I flinched before turning around, meetting face to face with Park Jisung. 'Yeah, anyway what's up,' I said.

'Jaemin-Hyung actually told us about yesterday and I just wanted to ask if your okay,' he said as he looked away feeling embarrassed. 'I'm okay, thanks for the concern. Oh and can you tell Jaemin that we can practice for the dance competition tomorrow.' I said as he nodded and walked back to his table as I got back to work.
