Just know that when you feel overwhelmed, and when you're about to cry, it's time to take a break. Even if you push shit past the due date. As long as you get it done and give it your all, you'll be okay. I had to learn that myself. We can't just do task after task after task. As human fucking beings our mental capacity can only accomplish so much for us. It's okay to bend and break. And it's fucking okay to take time to heal and step back.
