Birthday Party & A Night To Remember

Lexi's POV

'Hey Li' I said as I walked into the house

'Hey gorgeous' he said as he grabbed some bags

'I see you bought lots' he said with a chuckle

'I am a girl, what do you expect?' I asked with a chuckle

'So its 4 now. I got a surprise for you at 7, so why dont you go get ready?' he asked

'Is it fancy?' I asked

'Well, wear something cute and casual, but something you will be comfortable in for a few hours' he said

'Sounds good. I am sure I bought something like that' I said with a giggle. He laughed and we brought the bags upstairs.

'I will shower after you' he said. I nodded and walked into our bathroom. I grabbed 2 towels and jumped into the shower. I washed my hair with the strawberry smelling shampoo and conditioner. I didn't notice how long I was in there, but I figured I should save some hot water for Liam. I shut the water off and wrapped a towel around my body and one in my hair. I walked into the bedroom and Liam was tapping away on his phone

'Shower is all yours' I said

'Alright' he said with a smile. He kissed my forehead before he left the room. I sighed and decided I my as well look for a damn outfit to wear. I slid on some track pants and one of Liams shirt for now while I go thru my bags of clothes. I took the towel out of my hair and brushed thru it. it wasn't to naughty, and it was only 4:26. I decided to do something with it. I blow dried my hair for a good 10 minutes until it was dead dry. By this time, Liam was out of the shower and was in a towel

'Intend on getting dress any time soon?' I asked with a chuckle and I plugged my hair straightener in. Even though my hair was naturally straight, it needs to be straightened so it won't puff out.

'Yes, but not yet' he said with a chuckle

'Dork' I said

'Yours truly' he replied. I giggled and turned around to look for some makeup to wear. I settled on some clear lip gloss, a light brown eye shadow, a dark brown eye shadow and some mascara. Pretty basic. When I turned around, Liam was dressed

'Nice' I said

'I would say the same, but you are in a towel' he said

'Point taken' I said with a chuckle

'You are going to wear makeup?' he asked

'Just the basic crap' I said

'Why?' he asked

'Cause I like it' I said with a grin

'Don't wear much?' he asked

'Do I ever?' I said with a grin

'No, I like it when you wear only a bit or none' he said

'Only a bit. Promise' I said. He nodded. I grabbed the straightener and ran it down my hair. When I was satisfied with how flat it was, I took out something that was almost like a curling iron. It waves my hair. I let that warm up and I just brushed my hair. I looked at the clock. 4:57. Not to bad.I still got 2 hours. When my wave thing was ready, I put some loose waves in my hair. This was really time consuming. I grabbed one of the last pieces of hair that needed to be done

'Shit!' I said as I grazed my finger on the burning hot element and burnt my finger

'Are you alright?' Liam asked, full of concern

'Yeah I'll be fine' I said with a smile as I finished my hair. By the time I was done this it was already 5:08 . I decided to go eat since I have practically 2 hours
