✯YOU✯Five hours. That’s how long you’d been impatiently waiting for Yoongi in the hotel suite. You weren't paying for it – luckily, it only took a couple harmless spells to get you in the muggle institution and privatize the room for 24 hours. Probably not the best idea, nor was it morally acceptable to trick muggles with magic… but it was for a greater purpose, and that’s the excuse you repeated in your head to avoid feeling guilty over using magic. It’s not like you could invite him to Durmstrang, and you couldn’t take him to your apartment either, as you rented it out for most of the year. Mobilizing a muggle hotel room close enough to Durmstrang seemed like the best you could come up with on the spot.
Where the fuck was Yoongi? Fuck, you hated wasting time and your impatience was starting to get the best of you. Why did it take that damn owl so long to find him? Was he ignoring you? Your thoughts spiraled out of control as you mindlessly chewed your nails away.
You needed to talk about Seokjin’s conversation with Hoseok. How could Hoseok have known about Seok-jun’s involvement with the manor incident at all, unless he wasn’t somehow present, or compliant?
You paced around the suite, from bedroom to bathroom, to living room to the bedroom, again and again. Hoseok was Seok-jun’s pupil, he admitted to it himself. But he detested the man, it was clear; Seok-jun was only a bad experience of the past.A loud surprised gasp escaped your lips as Yoongi and Jungkook’s bodies apparated on the suite’s living room couch, nonchalantly eyeing you as if they had been there all night.
“A little bird told me our kitten needed to be taken care of,” Yoongi smirked, pinching his lower lip.
“What took you so long?” you exclaimed at Yoongi, mindlessly throwing a cushion in his face, which he grasped and threw behind his head.
“Did you miss me, that bad?” Yoongi chuckled as Jungkook bounced on his feet and wrapped his arms around your waist, laying kisses on your neck,
“We’re here now, no need to be so impatient,” Jungkook muttered against your skin.
You pushed him away, shrugging him off, ordering him to sit back down by Yoongi and listen,
“I didn’t invite you here because I missed you—”
“Oh, should we leave then?” Jungkook dissaparated, playfully, and re-apparated in the adjacent room, peeking out from the white doors.“I think this is a serious matter, Kookie, best sit down,” Yoongi tapped the sofa, to his left, sensing you weren’t exactly in the mood for teasing. Jungkook cleared his throat and accommodated himself by the man.
“I’m glad you’re both here, it’s best if we all hear this,” you sighed and explained the gist of your conversation with Seokjin. They listened in silence, attentive to your every word, before Yoongi added to your points with his own.
“We’ve just come back from meeting Taehyung and Namjoon, actually,” he sat back more comfortably,
“What you’re saying just about confirms what Taehyung suspects.”“And that is?” you wondered.
“Taehyung is sure Seok-jun died, that night at the manor, and that Hoseok was the one who poisoned Namjoon, Yoongi and Seokjin – and he was the one who attacked us in Seoul; though we’re not exactly sure why,” Jungkook responded before detailing their parallel investigation on Hoseok and his whereabouts.
