The first rays of the sun touched my eyes and l woke up instantly. I found Francis packing some stuff in a bag .
Francis. You are awake  early
Me. Yah Uhm gud morning
Francis.gud morning
Me. What are u doing
Francis. Well since the car is out of fuel....
Me. Oh boy l forgot that
Francis. The only solution left to do is to walk
Me. Walk really
Francis . Well you try thinking of something
Me. Fine lets go then

We started walking
Me. This is going to be a long way
Francis.  It's not very long just a four hour walk

We walked for 2 whole hours and my legs couldn't stand the pain anymore

I fell on the ground

Me. Im hungry and tired

Francis pulled out some food from his  bag

I moaned as l sank my teeth in the warm soft bread .

Me. Where did you get this food
Francis. Grace gave me

Francis. What did you just lose your appetite
Me. Noooo ( l said through a mouthful of bread)
Francis.( Giggling) lm joking okey

Francis. Ofcourse you don't
Me. Yeah l don't

Now stop sitting and let's get going

Francis. Wow l should say Grace more often seems like you suddenly get energy whenever l say her name

We walked for 2 more hours  till we arrived at the farm

Francis. Seems like this is good bye huh

Francis. I can't live with you at the farm , remember am white

There was a silent moment for a while as we stared deeply into each others eyes

We parted  our ways
Well l guess my adventure with Francis ends there huh

I arrived at the farm and made sure l didn't get lost but before l went to Clarrisas place . I had to see my mother
I met the same doctor l had seen a few days ago and she did not hesitate to let me see my mother l went to the glass prison and watched her as she sat there on the floor in deep thought

She looked up at me
And a big wide smile appeard on her wrinkled face
Mom. Kathy is that you .....oh yes it is you
Me. How are you doing mom
Mom.well lm bad here everyone won't let me see you here but l am glad we had that talk a few days back
