Chapter 1

       I'm sitting in garage. I got Legions body from Tail she was able to recover it. Most of the Geth population is gone but Quarians have been making some and treating them as friends then a tool.

    I've been trying to fix on legion trying to bring him back. Tail offered to try and make one like him but I wanted the legion I made my friend even before we recruited him.

    I replaced his parts and even fixed the hole in his chest. But he won't activate. "Still working on him?" I look behind to see Garrus with Elara.
"Mom! Who's that?" Garrus chuckles as looks my Geth buddy. "This is moms friend and she's trying to rebuild him." I smile as I look at them. I put down my tools as I walk over to Garrus. "Y/n you been working on him for a year now. It's been 5 years nearly." I smiled as I wipe my forehead of any sweat. "We'll come on Garrus we have dinner to get to." He nods as we look to see the setting.

   We lived on Earth in a luxury house. Happy here. Shepherd and Liara are away on some Prothean sites. They won't be back till the next 3 years.

    Everyone is relaxing no threats. Besides some slavers. I'm Commander Vakarian now. Since being wedded to Garrus. Nearly 2 years ago.
I'm in command of the Normandy. Since Shepherd retired.

    Garrus still has to go Palaven every now and then he's still a expert on some reaper tech. Since we destroyed them. They will return.
With the council dead they are new ones on the board.

     Garrus has about moved himself here on earth with me. Elara is here with me all the time. But tonight felt weird.

    Garrus and I laid Elara asleep as we went to go to bed. That's when it happened. This was my sign that something was going to happen.

        Elara scream came to my ears. I jolted out of bed as Garrus got out and when for his pistol. "Shh Y/n." Garrus told me as we went to the hallway to see her. A Human male held her up. Her legs flaying. He's arm around her arms and stomach. "Mommy! Daddy!" She cried. The man held a pistol to her head.

   I active my biotics as he. "Tsk tsk. I wouldn't do that." His gun aimed at me. "Let her go...I'll give anything you want." I told him. With my hands up and my biotics deactivated. Garrus hesitantly laid his pistol down. "Where's the Geth?" He asked. "What Geth." He is not taking Legion. "Legion. He's implanted with data my boss wants." He knows Legion. No he knows of him but just wants the data.

      He isn't holding Elara close to him I can maybe get a lucky shot. "Your not getting legion!" I told him. A bullet flew threw his head barely passing Elara.

    "Y/n." I couldn't believe it. The Geth himself. Standing there. With pistol in hand. "Legion! Oh my god it actually worked!" I barely can contain myself. But first I checked on Elara. "Elara?" She was fine not marks or bruises. "Your okay now sweetheart." I kissed her head. Taking her back to her bedroom.

Garrus went back to bed but I took Legion downstairs into the living room. "Legion. How did you? First of all! I been working on you for a year now." He nods. "We know." "Something is coming." He said. "What?" I asked quite concerned. "Something...we can't explain." I sigh and push my hair back. "Well it doesn't matter right now. Legion sleep here and I'll speak more in the morning." "Acknowledged."

"I'm glad I was able to fix you up." I told him as I walk up the stairs.

    Who's the threat this time.
