Give Up?

And sometimes nothing makes sense at all anymore.

I don't like being a human.

I don't like it at all.

Life is all lies death and destruction.

Murder,

Rape,

And slaughter.

And then I begin to doubt everyone.

Maybe there isn't any light in the world at all.

But during the night,

The moon still shines up in the sky.

And there is always the blinding brightness of the sun as it rises.

We must not lose faith in humanity.

Not yet anyway.

Because we think we can change the world.

Therefore we know we can change the world.

And so one day we will.

Mark my words, we will.

And you can go ahead and tell me how useless it is to even try.

How would you know?

You gave up at the first sign of a struggle.

But I will not.

Not in a million years
