Wayfarers Chapel Los Angeles...

Lily's mother's wedding takes place in the famous Wayfarers Chapel. A chapel with an architecture that can rarely be seen. The location is unique, being on the cliffs above the Pacific Ocean. It has unique features, being surrounded by glass, the natural light that enters makes it even more beautiful.
Almost all the guests are seated. The groom, Luke, is waiting. Next to him is the priest, who seems as calm as he is. Lily's family is there. The bride still doesn't show up. And Lily isn't there either. Yet.

"Are you ok, honey?"

Is the question asked by Gene to his girlfriend who puts her hand through her hair, placing her hairpins. Her face shows only nervousness. She doesn't know how her family will react when they see her with Gene at the wedding. Only her mother and Luke knows she's coming with him. The young girl inhales deep air placing her hand on the chest and looks up at Gene. She smiles at him. Only he still gives her strength in these moments.

"Let's go, babe," she tells him.

He takes her hand, smiling, and enters the chapel with her.

"I don't think it's going to be so bad," he leans over and whispers in her ear.

"I hope too," she smiles forced. "I can't wait to get rid of this dress too..."

"But love, you look great in it."

"I don't like the color pink. But I couldn't upset my mother and tell her that."

He sighs and kisses her quickly on the forehead, whispering:

"Everything will be alright."

In a few moments they enter the chapel and all eyes are on them. Luke's relatives look at the couple with interest. They know that she is Maria's daughter, but who is the young man holding her hand? Only Lily's family knows who the young man is and they are extremely shocked. Anton and his father, Ion, look in amazement at the two who are walking towards them. Violet, holding her son, David, stares in amazement at the couple. Austin is next to her and is just as surprised.

Anton stares at them incessantly.

"I think you have some explanations to give," he says frowning to his younger sister.

"I'll give them to you at home," Anton, her sister answers, turning to him and smiling nervously trying to hide her emotions,"in case you don't notice, our mother's wedding has to start. Let's not ruin her big day," say Lily again who sits next to her brother with her boyfriend.

"We ruin her wedding? You are the one who will ruin it!"

"You're wrong. Mom knows everything," says Lily firmly.

"Great! So are we the last to find out?"

"Anton!" It's Violet's voice. "Let's leave this for later, okay?"

The young man says nothing, just nods and frowns once more at his sister and Gene. Although he doesn't give a friendly look, Gene smiles at him and waves his hand. Anton rolls his eyes and doesn't look at them anymore.

"Lala!" It's little David's voice.

The little boy runs away from his mother's arms, passes Anton and climbs into his sister's arms.

"Hey, David," Lily says, taking him in her arms and kissing his forehead. "I missed you."

"He is your brother?" Gene asks, looking curiously at the little one who is looking at him just as curious.

"Yes," the girl smiles as she strokes David's black hair. "He's a year old. That's why you don't know him. Violet gave birth to him more than a year ago."
