It wasn't long before they found themselves flying out in the middle of the Indian Ocean getting debriefed on the mission by the STRIKE Team leader, Brock Rumlow which Troy didn't like in the slightest but tolerated when they did missions as part of the team. But everyone knows that Steve would give out the orders today as he joined them with Natasha.
But Troy knew, without even getting debriefed, that something about this mission was fishy. Normally Natasha wouldn't be a part of a team and would fly solo unless she had a partner or two so Troy knew from then on that something was going on behind the scenes. Fury had another motive in mind and the only individual he must have felt that could get the job done. As for that motive? Troy had no idea.
The team were sorting their equipment out and what they would be using on the mission so it goes as smoothly as possible Troy loaded his pistol and put it in his thigh holster and checked if he had spare ammo as he readied himself in the new suit that SHIELD had him fitted in.

As he finished doing so, the team gathered around a table in the middle of the quinjet they were flying in with Natasha standing on one side of him and Steve on the other as Rumlow started debriefing them.
"The target is a mobile satellite launch platform: The Lemurian Star. They were sending up their last payload when pirates took them, 93 minutes ago." Rumlow informed them as he glanced between the team members but his eyes hovered over the three Avengers for a longer period.
"Any demands?" Steve asked in his 'Captain America voice' as he became serious and any playful attitude he had was gone.
"A billion and a half," Rumlow replied and no doubt, everyone in the jet we stunned by that amount of money. Troy was, as he whistles quietly to himself.
"Why so much money?" Troy questioned, everything wasn't adding up to him but he couldn't do anything about it. It may not add up but this was still a real mission and a dangerous one at that.
"Because it's SHIELD's," Rumlow stated as if was obvious but Steve wasn't having any of it as he quickly got agitated and Troy could understand why. Fury kept putting him on missions that seemed to be cleaning up the mess SHIELD had left at a previous time.
"So it's not off-course, it's trespassing," Steve said.
"I'm sure they have a good reason." Natasha got involved making Troy raise an eyebrow at her and whisper in her ear so no one else could hear,
"What had Fury got you doing here that isn't a part of the mission?" Troy whispered before pulling back as Natasha looked at him in a state of surprise that she tried her best to cover up, unable to answer as she knows Troy had already caught her out and she had barely done anything to instigate that she had another motive so it was no use to lie because he would catch that out too as he knew her so well and got to know all her tells in the two years he had met her.
All Natasha did is shrug her shoulders.
But Steve ignored the interaction between the two as he spoke again, "You know, I'm getting a little tired of being Fury's janitor."
