'Alexis refuses to let me hold her, it's been a week since the Anna drama, she now sleeps in our guest room, she barely talks to me, it's fucking me up, I need her'

I sigh heavily at my thoughts, I walked out my office, I head to the kitchen to see Alexis, her mom, her dad and Sandy.

I held my head low and turn to walk out, "Alpha Smith," Mr. Taylor called after me, I turned to him, "Yes sir," I replied lowly trying to so okay.

"You okay?" He questioned concerned, I nodded and force a smile, "yes sir, I'm going back to my office, sorry," I turned and put my hood over my head, sighing out before I slowly walked out the kitchen.

"She's been in there for the pass two days, and in those two days she hasn't feed, she's been feeling guilty, for that Anna and she chose you the least you can do is talk to her," I heard her mom spoke.

I just walked out the house, once out the house I just kept walking, I found myself standing in front the castle, I smirked a little remembering the day I took it.

Now we're working on it to make it our home, I kept walking, heading in forest 'I didn't choose Anna, I didn't choose her, so why Al still hates me for it' I ranted on in my mind.

'Stop it," Kayla spoke sounding frustrated and annoyed, 'all you been doing since Anna is beating yourself and feeling guilty, It's neither you or Lizzie's fault for Anna, both of you didn't choose her, you chose Alexis, and if she's too blind to see our love it's her problem, now I'm hungry and I'm tired of the whining from the both you, now get us some food,' She spoke sternly like a mother talking to her children, I could hear Lizzie gulping at her words the entire time, I myself even gulp because I don't have the mental strength to stop Kayla if choose to take over right now, so I'm glad she didn't, I know she's upset though that's for sure.

'Okay...cool your tail, we're going to hunt now, by the way where were you all this time?' I asked her (she has been silent all week).

'Our mate us avoiding us, it has it's effect on me and you two were too busy whining I couldn't even get to lash out,' Her reply was simple.

'Hm...Lizzie you okay?' I asked, I heard a deep sigh, 'I am, just really hungry, and hungry like this I need to feed for our mate, that's the only way it will settle to normal, I won't feed a lot just a cup of her blood,' She sounded worried, it made me uneasy.

'What if I feed somewhere else and not our mate?' I asked trying to find ways to not have to deal with Alexis icing me out.

'If that's the case we need human blood, no animal blood will work, and if you're thinking about the blood bank, we'll need a good 50 bags to ease this hungry,' She explained.

I said a quick okay before, using my speed to get to the blood bank half way across town, I was exhausted because I wasn't feeding I'm weak, I use my powers and clout myself, before using the back door.

Once inside, I just started grabbing bags of blood and just drinking them like a kid you let loose in a candy store, I was down by 20 bags when I heard noises at the front, I quick grabbed a cooler from that was near the fridge, I loaded it with the empty bags and 30 full bags grabbing one in my hand to drink on my way out.

I rused into the nearest forest, I head back to the pack housen only to be met by Alexis and her parents at the door, "Where have you been?" Alexis questioned.

"Somewhere," I simply replied fading through them with my powers, I head to the kitchen getting myself a glass to pure my blood in when I felt hands around my waist.

"Please don't go numb, don't turn off your emotions," Alexis spoke out softly still holding me, I shrugged her off, pulling out her arms, I walked to the cooler taking out a bag.

I pured out my blood and started to drink, Mr and Mrs Taylor walked in, they both scanned my form and figure with concern.

I looked from them to Alexis, and back to them, "What is it?" I questioned curious as to why they're staring at me.

"Sit," Mrs Taylor spoke in a motherly voice, I obeyed and took a seat at the kitchen island, "Alexis take a seat too, right next to her," she spoke with tue same tone.

I heard Al sighed out before sitting next to me, I looked down at the island, thoughts race through my mind as use my powers to juggle some apples.

"Tay stop that," Mrs Taylor warned, I obeyed once more but still kept my gaze on the counter.

"Now listen to me, both of you are mates, you belong to each other, nothing is supposed to be able to tear you guys apart, the day you marked each other, you became one, this that's going on right now, can be very dangerous for the both of you, Tay is far weaker than she should be because she needs to actually feed from you (vampires feed on their mates, they're going their strongest even with just a drop of their mate's blood, the won't go through hunger because they'll always feel satisfied and full), you need to also feed from her, Alexis you need to talk to her because she won't know unless you tell her, she's feeling guilty and broken about something she didn't even choose her, she chose you, look at her and see she loves you, because she does," she finished speaking and look at the both of us, I could feel her eyes on me.

"I'm sorry," Al whispered out, I kept staring at the counter not saying anything, "look baby, Tay, I love you, I'm sorry for how I have been treating you, baby none of what happened was your fault and moms' right you choose me and I guess I should have seen that instead of being so cold to you, I just felt so broken seeing her lips on yours, look baby, please forgive me, I want to be in my baby's arms again," I could hear her almost ready to cry.

"I love you too," I whispered out, I got up from the counter, excusing myself, I could hear steps behind me as walked out the kitchen, I head up the stairs walking to the master bedroom.

I opened the door just has felt her arms around my waist, this time resting on my member, I groan before pulling away from her, I turned around and raised my brow.

"Don't," was all I said before turning away and heading to the bathroom, I stood under the shower, letting the water run over me, I breath in deep holding it before releasing.

'What's wrong? Our mate apologies and want us, what's wrong?' Lizzie asked out, I sighed, finally letting my tears and everything go, I roared out in pure pain and hurt, the glass of the shower actually crack, I slide down the wall sitting on the ground as every emotions that I felt rush over me, I don't know how long I was here for but it must be long because my skin looked wrinkled from the water.

I struggle to my feet, I was dizzy and feel like I was about the pass out, I stumbled to the room, I just about to reach for the bed when everything just went black.

***Alexis P.O.V***

I felt tears run down my cheek has looked down on her laying in the bed, her skin was pale, she looked lifeless, dark circles under her eyes, she looks so broken.

It's been two days and she hasn't woke up since, I heard the roar she let out when she was in the bathroom, my heart broke in a million pieces when I felt the emotions behind it, I caused her so much pain, all because I couldn't see she chose me.

"I'm so sorry, I love you, and I'm the reason you're here, I should have seen that you chose me, I should have spoken to you, I'm sorry I caused you such pain, Sandy told me that you think I was going to leave, I didn't stop even then to think of the pain you're going through, it wasn't your fault for that girl, please baby, please come back to me, come back to me.

'Please come back to me' her voice, I can hear her voice, 'Alexis' I called out, 'come back to me' her voice kept ringing out, I kept calling for her and calling, before everything turned white.

I could feel hands on my hand and wet lips on my cheek, I could hear beeping and deep shorts breaths, everything felt cold, 'where the hell am I?
