Awkward Dinner

I groaned and turned towards the door hearing the knock again, Shantay growled and buried her head in the pillow.

"Alpha," a voice called from outside the door, Shantay growled again but reply.

"Yes," the power in her voice caused me to shiver slightly.

"The dinner is ready and the luna's parents are here," My stomach growled at the mention of dinner and Shantay laugh.

"Thank you, we'll be down in a minute," Tay replied and a yes alpha was heard before the person walked away.

"Hm...Someone's hunger," a smirk was plastered on her lips as she peck my kiss.

"Wipe that smirk off your face and let's go get ready for dinner, I'm starving," I pushed softly getting up from the bed.

"Fine but, we're showering together," she smiled as roll my eyes at her, walking in the bathroom with her following.

I shifted slightly from the awkward silence around the table, I heard Tay growled causing everyone to look at her but she was looking at me. I was confussed for second then I relized that I was bitting my lip, I chuckled softly leaning in and kissing her cheek. 'Relex baby, you can have me all you want after,' I pulled back seeing her blush.

'You're going to be the death of me,' she replied back through the mindlink and I chuckle before I resume to eat.

"Okay what the hell is up with the awkward glances and silence?" she asked finally cracking.

"Well I think it as to do with what I said over the phone bestfriend," Sara laughed out and Shantay blush, so did I.

"You mean the entire pack heard?" Shantay whispered out and Sara buckled over laughing.

"More like the entire State," Sara continued to laugh, I watch Shantay face go from pink to deep red.

"hahaha...look at your face, I'm joking but you guys were loud," this time when she spoke I was tge one to blush.

"Yo Tay I though you only have kitchen skills but, clearly you have skills in other departments too," Charlie joined in the conversation as well.

"You got to teach me how to do whatever you were doing man," Mark chipped in as well.

"Sissie what are they talking about?" Dontae turned to Shantay confussion clear on his little face.

"Nothing you need to worry about right now," she ruffled his hair and kissed his cheek. 'He as grown so much he's almost 8, I know the whole hybride grow fast thing but I still can't belive that he was the same four year old I met Just 3 mouth ago.'

"Okay," he shrugges and turned back to his food. 'You doing a geart job with him, you know,' I turned and she looked surprised.

'Really?' she asked and I nod turning my attention back to the conversation a hand.

"Tay seriously thou what where you doing? because damn your girl was loud," Charlie smirked before he turned me and bow slightly "Sorry luna."

"It's okay," I smiled my cheeks were burning up, Shantay groaned and place her head on the table.

"I see you groan more than you moan Tay, way is that?" Sara smirked mischief clear in her eyes.

"Yes Tay, Why is that?" Mark and Charlie teased along leaning over table dramaticly looking at Shantay.

"Will you guys not?" she groaned out causing them to laugh.

"Fine we'll stop," They rose their hand in surrender.

"But you my dear friend owe me 10 bucks," Charlie turned to Mark holding out his hand. Mark groans and placed the money in his hand.

"And you my sweet little sugar plum owe 20," Sara smiled sweetly at Charlie and he hands over the money with the additional 10 bucks.

"Wait you guys bet on us?" Shantay and I asked at the same time.

"Well they bet on that you guys won't go through this month without sex and I bet that Tay over there will only moan five or less times," Sara clarified.

"Wait how the hell did you know that I don't moan more than five times?" Shantay asked confused, I too was confused on how she knew that.

"Well for one you have a penis, two you act like a guy and three guys usually don't moan more than five times during sex they mostly groan because, according to them it's more manly and I though hey you have a penis and you act like guy so your brain mechanism must be simular to guy's own and I was right." we all stared at her with a mix of awe and confussion.

"What? It's basic science," she shrugged and continued to eat, the dinner continued smoothly with a laugh and two. After dinner some of the pack members head home, some to bed upstairs, some to the living room and some to the T.V. room. Mark, Charlie, Sara, Dontae, Tay and I was in the games room, we were playing Mortal Kombat X.

"That's not fair you cheated," Mark whined as Sara whipped his ass for the fiffth time tonight, we all laughed at his face as he hand Dontae the controller.

"Hey that's not fair," it was Sara's turn to whine as Dontae Killed her for the third time, she handed the controller to Charlie mumbling about cheating.

"Now you know how it feels," Mark teased her earning a middle finger, I laughed at the two before turning my attention to T.V.

*Time skip*

It was like around twelve Charlie, Mark and Sara were all in, Shantay, Dontae and I were still in the games room. Dontae fell asleep on the sofa "Guess we should go to bed huh?" Tay chuckled while looking at her little brother.

"did you really mean what you said at the table, that I'm doing a great job with him?" her voice sounded unsure and unsettled.

"Yes I meant it, why?" I asked wondering what brought this on.

"Nothing it's just some times I feel as if have failed them, I feel as if they would be disappointed in me," her voice craked alittle and deep sigh escape her lips.

"You never disappointed them not once, why would you now?" a deep husky voice came from the window in the dark corner of the room. Shantay immediatly switch to defence mode.

"Who are you and what do you want?" her voice help power and authority, a figure immerged from the dark corner and in the light of the T.v., a tall well built man stood in front us, he had dark brown hair like Shantay's and pale Green eyes.

"My name is Leon, Leon Smith, your uncle" his husky roared out as he spoke carefully, I stared at in complete surprise.

"My what? How? I thought Dontae and I were the only ones to survive that night," confussion laced her voice.
