Meeting the parents

It's been 3 weeks since Shantay and I started dating. Today she is going to be meeting my parents. To say she was nervous was an understatement.

"what if they don't like me?" She asked nervously

"They will don't worry so much about this babe, you're awesome they are going to love you," I smile, kissing her on the lips.

"Okay babe," she replied, trying to calm down. "Baby look at me," I demanded softly. She slowly met my gaze "Baby they're going to love you," I grazed her cheeks kissing her softly. We made it to my packed house in just 10 minutes, I saw my mom and dad standing at the door "Ready?" I ask Shantay as she parks the car "Yeah, I think so," she still sounded nervous "Baby stop worrying," I peck her lips when opening my door. "Mom, Dad," I hugged and kissed their cheeks, "Mom, Dad this is my mate Shantay," I smile kissing Shantay's cheek "Mr and Mrs. Taylor it's a pleasure to meet the persons who raised such a beautiful person like Alexis," Shantay smiles shaking their hands.

"Oh my, Alexis she's such a charmer," I smile at my mom's words "Mrs. Taylor I must say you're quiet beautiful, I see where Alexis got it from, if I didn't know you're her mother I would think you're her sister," my mom chuckled at Shantay's comment "Oh stop it with all the sweet talk," my mom smiles "I can see you know how to compliment the ladies," my dad chipped in "Well you could say that," Shantay shrugged "Come let's go in," my mom ushered us inside. Shantay looked around quietly, admiring the house. "Alexis, why not take Shantay up to your room while I finish up with dinner," Mom says heading to the kitchen.

"Sure, come on babe," I held her hands pulling her up the stairs. As soon as I closed the door I started kissing her "Hmm, what was that for?" she asked as soon as we pulled away. "Did I tell you that you look extremely hot in that suit?" I kiss her softly, "No, I don't remember that," she pulls me into her more. "Well you do," I kissed her again this time deeper than before "Hm...baby your parents are downstairs," she Pulls away from my lips "Hm...I wanna go home," She chuckled at my childish comment "Nope, we're going to have dinner with your parents." As soon as the words left her lips my mom called us down.

As we walked downstairs, my mom smirked at us "What?" I raised my brow "you guys should wait until you're home for that," I blushed as Shantay laughed her ass off "For what exactly?" Shantay played innocent "I think you know," mom smirked walking into the dining room. We sat and enjoyed our meal, as a knock sounded at the door "expecting someone?" Shantay questioned my mom "No, I don't think so," she replied unsure "I'll get it," I got up and went to the door "Alexis baby, what's up?" what the fuck "Noah what are you doing here?" I raise my brow in confusion.

"I'm here to see my sister's mate, is that a crime?" I looked at him confused as shit 'you can't let him anywhere near our mate,' Lisa growled "why, why now Noah you never gave a fuck about me then, why now, why come here acting like a great big brother," the rage and hurt was clear in my voice.

I could hear their conversion, I heard when she said the word brother and the feeling of rage mixed with hurt consumed me, I got up and walked to the living room "Babe, you okay?" I walked over to her and placed my hand on her lower back, "Yeah," I looked her in the eye "you know I can tell you're lying right?" I continue to stare at her. "Hey I'm Shantay," I turn to the jerk who made my mate sad "I'm Noah," he smirked and I roll my eyes "yeah I know, you're the asshole who made my mate sad," Alexis chuckle while Noah looked shocked "look pup clearly you don't know who I am," I smirk "Oh I know who you are didn't I just tell you," I continue to smirk when Al slapped me on the shoulder."Babe stop provoking him," the amusement was clear in her voice.

"Fine, I'll leave the princess alone," I sighed like I was disappointed, she chuckled again and glared playfully at me, I chuckled. Noah on the other hand look beyond pissed "You want to take this outside pup," I chuckled and looked at Al, she nodded "Don't mind if I do," I walk past him to the door "coming princess," I turned to him, he growled "I'll show you princess pup," he bumped me and walked outside "are really going to do this?" Her excitement is the only thing visible in her eyes. "Yup," I smiled walking out the door.
