Chapter 16 - Lies and Bigger Lies

Udayveer lifts Nandini in his arms and walked out of the palace. Udayveer stares at Neil, who is looking at him from the terrace. Neil turns his face away to avoid his stare. Udayveer weeps and regrets for giving a chance to his friend to resolve.

1 day 12 hours later,

Udayveer reaches Manali with Nandini secretly with the help of his Naaglok friends.

 He take her to the special cave. He recites mantra so that the invisible Shiva idol with waterfalls appears. The statue of Apsara appears. Udayveer performs tandav after keeping Nandini's body on the ground.

Due to his dance, the angel of Naaglok 'Apsara' appears in front of him. 

Apsara - "I am impressed by your devotion. But you're not a Naag. How did you come here?"

Udayveer cries, "I know I am not a Naag, but I need your help. I was a Naag in my previous birth. I know about you and the way to come here. Please, we need to fulfill our revenge."

Apsara - "Apsara won't grant wishes without price."

Udayveer - "I can give any price. Just we need to fulfill our revenge and want to end our dues. To fulfill that, both of us need to be alive. We don't want the revenge to continue for long time."

Apsara thinks with a smile, "But the fate has its own plans, Udayveer."

Apsara - "What is your wish?"

Udayveer - "You need to resurrect Nandini temporarily. After completing my revenge, Nandini and I would die peacefully."

Apsara - "I'll resurrect Nandini but only for 7 days. You should complete your revenge within 7 days. Otherwise, the consequences would be worse."

Udayveer promises the same. Apsara resurrects Nandini.

Nandini gets consciousness. Seeing her, Udayveer hugs her and gets emotional.

1 day 12 hours before,

Neil is crying seeing the portrait of his sister Nandini and reminded of how he stabbed her with the knife with no mercy. 

Neil - "I am sorry Nandini... But you deserve this death for your misdeeds."

King Rajveer Singh entered the room and held his hand and pushed him. Then, he slapped him.

Rajveer - "Why did you kill my granddaughter? Why! You're a demon in the form of man."

Saying this, he slapped him again.

Neil - "Dadu (grandpa)..."

Rajveer - "Chup! (Shut up!)"

Neil - "Dadu, Our beloved Nandini died a long before. This Nandini is a traitor. She is the one who killed our family members by mixing secret poison."

Rajveer - "What rubbish are you speaking! To cover up your sins, you are accusing an innocent girl!"

Neil - "No grandpa... I came to know everything yesterday when I over-heard Nandini's conversation with some lady regarding this."

Rajveer is shocked.

Neil - "Also, Nandini is the one who spread rumors about me that I killed Pawan uncle because of my greed to the throne. But she is the one who mixed poison in everyone's food."

Rajveer - "But, she came here four days before."

Neil - "She has many spies here. They might have mixed it. But I am sure that Nandini is doing all this."

Rajveer don't know what to say.

Neil - "Now I  am going to reveal one more thing. You won't believe me, but it is the truth."
