The eyes...they say that it never lies. Unless the owner is a very good fucker of a liar. In a split of a second, I saw recognition then indifference next when I was introduced to my new...sorts of boss.

I landed a setter position and I thought it was nice that unlike the fixer one ay hindi constant ang face time namin ng magiging assigned Patron ko...I just did not expect that it would be with a GP...and a very familiar one at that. My earpiece beeped and started feeding me the basic information about him that I needed to know even though I did not want to.

Grandparents: Justice Margreth Elodie Sandoval & Former Senate President and Philippine Amabassador to Spain, Julio Sandoval II

Educational background: Homeschooled then Phillips Exeter Academy when they moved to the US. Did not pursue college and enlisted in the marines instead.

Javier is currently CEO of Magis Dinero, a private European Venture Capital firm that had moved its main headquarters to the Philippines seven years ago. They specialize in technology companies and belonged to the top 3 Venture Capital companies in Europe.

Prior to running his own empire, Javier served six tours in Iraq and Afgahinstan alongside his twins, Enrique and Santiago. After their last contract, they decided to not renew and just started their own international securities firm, Vigilancia. Javier was the CFO for three years then later stepped down when he focused on building his own company.

Family: Javier hails from the Sandoval Clan of the Bicol Region. His Father, Samuel Guidotti met her mother Emilia Sandoval-Aragon when she was already married to Yosef Aragon. It was rumored that the three had a consensual affair which resulted to Samuel fathering Javier, Santiago and Enrique. Their affair ended when Emilia gave birth and Yosef made her choose between him and the triplets. Emilia chose Yosef and Samuel took their children to Spain and lived there until he was brutally killed when their home was robbed by drugged up cartel members. Margreth and Julio Sandoval II took the triplets after the incident and officially adopted them.

Relationship status: Single. Though heavily painted by the media as a ladies' man Javier is rarely photographed with a woman and there are only a few who managed to appear with him. Javier has his own set of security and is very particular with his privacy.

I stopped myself from giving any reaction towards the word privacy...and anything that I am hearing about him. I have had my fair share of rejections before but since I caught long lingering feelings, it kind of stung really bad being in this situation. I needed to be professional, at least during working hours.

I am not going to hold it over him, pretending that he did not know me, but there is this nagging word in my head. Hypocrite. It was not as if I'm after his real life. Alam ko naman ang pinasok ko nang pumayag akong maging affair na ang one night stand namin. I signed tons of NDA's and I was not stupid to break it.

Alam ko ring mahalaga para sa kanya ang privacy. Duh. But maybe he could have just gave me a bit of recognition a while ago instead of being an ass pretending we're strangers...or maybe I am just being overly dramatic. Siguro ay dahil na rin may brace pa ang kamay ko kaya hindi ko pa rin ma digest ng tuluyan ang nangyari sa akin at siya ang naalala ko kapag nakikita ang kamay ko.
